She says she did return and got "$13 and change back". Then she says she has never driven down that highway in the hot desert at night, hence the reason for the extra gas?

What other highways would take her to Mesa from southern California?

One 5 gallon can of gas would get her 100-150 miles easily. And she has THREE?!

^^^^ If you look at this picture you can even see how she dominates Travis. Poor Travis probably didn't realize precisely what she was up to but there's just so much going on with her even in this picture. Her face is in front of his, almost squeezing his face with hers as if to say she's controlling him until the day he dies. You can view the confidence she has here. This is not a fragile woman who is being abused. She's the one manipulating and controlling his every move. She's so evil. Her eyes look so black and lifeless too.

I just read MF's latest article about the trial. He mis-states so much it really is pathetic. He stated that the two had been involved in an obsessive sexual relationship for years and that he thinks the jury picked up on Dr. D's inexperience because of the question she was asked about counting her training. Also that Wilmott had established that there was "other" pornography on sectors of the computer not related to the porn blocker program. BARF!! That is really all I can say after reading his inaccurate article.

I can't believe that they're focusing on porn anyway. Let's say Travis viewed porn daily. What on earth does this have to do with what Arias did to him? This is all so tiring and my heart aches for Travis' family who have to relive this nightmare over and over again. God bless them and give them continued strength as they have to look at that vile serpent in the courtroom for a while longer.

Nothing. IT has nothing to do with his violent death. It is only to see if it will disgust the jurors and IMO it should have been excluded.

One of the things I have found interesting is that CMJA did not seem to have female friends. I don't recall ever hearing about her going shopping or to parties or lunch or anything like that with girlfriends, as an adult. Did she ever have any girlfriends that have been mentioned? Other than some high school friends?

I feel especially for the jury. They have to sit and listen to this BS and decide what, if any, mitigating factors all this carp goes to. It doesn't but it's just so sad when we have someone like Jodi who we all KNOW killed Travis and the jury has to sit and listen to tons of stuff that have NOTHING to do with the crime or anything else really except to trash the victims name. I hope laws are changed after this because, this is disgraceful. That someone's name, who is already dead, gets continually dragged thru the mud, and for what? There is no way he deserves that. And yet the blind defense keeps trudging along as if it will affect the jury to save her life? That makes me want her to get the DP more than anything, because I can see by the desriptions given of her courtroom behavior that she is enjoying every minute of this.

I have not been following to closely this time. IT is more annoying and infuriating. I am still ticked that the convicted felon got to testify in private. I don't see in what world that is ever okay. It was the first time I really questioned JSS. Other things I can see both ways but that one was ridiculous. She has no obligation to testify if she wants to then get up and man up.

Now with the CARP about travis, Im so over this and want it to be over.

I understand. Just seems while we are waiting people are reading things in to earlier photos that even she wasn't thinking of at the time.

Jodi can be very casual with aggressive gestures, e.g. this one with the fingers in the shape of a gun and another photo where she has her hands around TA's neck and chin to get him to face the camera. Another example is almost the reverse, where she tried to disguise a very aggressive gesture by seeming to be casual. This is when she gave the finger to Nancy Grace in the middle of the 2013 trial.

Although Jodi might not have been thinking of shooting Travis in reality when she did that gun pose, she is absolutely manipulating him. And he is absolutely scared to death. This is true regardless of whether it was common in 2007 to make that gun pose in a snapshot (personally, I'd never even heard of this before or seen anyone do it).

There is a lot about Jodi that looks casual, but that is extremely manipulative. Several of the photos on the last few pages here show Jodi manipulating Travis with her body. They also show her "fake scaring" Travis and the photographer. She is doing whatever she can to have Travis reach out and grab her [so she can create a fake romantic moment]. Look how afraid and resistant he is to being sucked in (e.g. on the one where she pretends to fall) by her manipulations.

This poor jury has had to listen to each side make a record on the porn. Martinez told the previous jury there was no porn on Travis's computer. Well now the forensics have shown less than a handful of pics and perhaps one time viewing of a porn video on a computer that pretty much anyone had access to. So each side was making an appeal record of the issue. Not sure why they had to do it in the mitigation phase but they did. Hopefully Juan hits a home run during his closing and refocuses the jury on the facts of the case

I will never believe otherwise no matter WHO tries to convince me of Sherrys brilliance.....:facepalm:......I really regret that I can have no part of getting her removed from "judging"....

This is why I think it's almost perfect justice for her to be sentenced to be with women only for the rest of her life. Bwahaha!
