Jury most likely doesn't know, or hasn't seen, the ALV fiasco that went down in court. So the comment "we will go at it" has to be an odd comment in the jurors mind and does not make her look good.

Since she seems to be getting aggressive and cocky right off the bat maybe Juan needs to ask her is she calls herself F-Dogg? :lol:

That was a totally unprofessional comment for a so called expert to make.

Arizona is a 1 party state - meaning only one party needs to be aware of the taped conversation but #JodiArias was across state lines #abc15

This means nothing as far as this case is concerned. JA taped the phone sex and Juan is trying to show that she could have done this for nefarious reasons if TA didn't know it was being taped. That's all that matters here, not whether it was legal to tape it based on what state she was in.

True but imo she taped it without his knowledge and if the call is recorded in CA both parties have to agree to being taped.
