I'm waiting for Juan to ask what if Jodi brought a gun with her, and about Mimi and Cancun and if it's possible Travis told her in no for the last time and that's why she killed him. Not I'm so weak and a wilting flower.

The trolls object to this murder being called anything but "an incident."

It's like TA wasn't murdered at all, but simply passed away.

And the gun Travis claimed was unloaded "went off," somehow, without Jodi even knowing. Ninjas try to shoot her and their gun miraculously jams. Jodi tries to get Travis' attention by waving a supposedly unloaded mini-gun at him and what do you know the darn thing goes off and shoots him in the head. Guns are funny things.

And knives appear and disappear, and really the whole space-time continuum is pretty freaky in Travis' house. It's not Jodi's fault if the laws of physics don't apply. All she knows is that she was afraid for her life while she was doing a bunch of stuff she has no memory of doing.

(I wonder if she realizes, or cares, that her lies are so monumental that people can't help but remember them.)

I have interpreted it differently:

I think she is saying that when the state asked for a mirror copy to verify the sites claimed by the defense, this "Tony" was hired to make that copy. And apparently he did so on a different brand of computer.

All this puter stuff goes in one ear and out the other. None of it makes any sense. Somehow I bet JSS's brain is going to scramble on it.


My only guess is that the DT hopes by throwing mud back at JM the issue will be too muddled to be figured out right now, and that it will go away until after sentencing.
