Now this is where I really get upset with JSS. JM should be able to ask for yes or no answers, if his questions can be answered that way. And JSS should instruct the witness. But she allows a witness to actually say "Mr Martinez, we're goiing to go at it, but you'll have to speak up I can't hear you." And JSS's response is to tell JM to allow her to finish her answers????

I once got rid of a stalker in college by being a total hateful b**** to him. It was the only thing I could think of to make him stop "loving" me. In retrospect, I'm glad he reacted by going away instead of by killing me.

I think this is exactly what Travis was attempting to do, to finally be so vile to her that she would stop the contact and manipulations. Devastatingly, it didn't work.

I don't understand why the lawyers get so upset when Juan tells them to answer his yes or no questions with a yes or no and not to expound too much. That's what you're supposed to do in cross examination, right? Willmott did the same thing to Demarte, who said she couldn't answer a question with just a yes or no. So she didn't answer. Didn't hear Juan objecting with, "she won't let her answer!" That's what re-direct is for.
