I think they are usually done first, I think he made her look like she doesn't know what she is talking about, 'cause clearly she does NOT, and then he's like, "What exactly is your background" Brilliant, I am sure he has a pocketful of "stuff" he can expose her for. He sure did with ALV.

And it is only, gee, maybe 20 minutes into it. Great thing, by the end of the day she will be so messed up in her already messed up head she won't sleep all weekend, will have a visit to ER for an anxiety attack and then on Monday we will have a despondent Doc who has decided NOT "to go at it"

Don't forget the death threats she'll claim she's getting.

Yup, court ending an hour early, cUz you know, they had a long rough week this week with 3/4 of a work day on Monday and 2 hours of testimony this morning. EYE ROLL

Yeah I just hope he gets to something juicy first. I see where he's going in that the doctor didn't review all the evidence, it's a great point. But if he doesn't do it in a clear way the jury might not understand.
