I don't think Monica understands his strategy. He PURPOSELY jumps around when doing cross. It keeps witnesses off balance and unable to be ready for his next question. I don't think he is lost, he is just dragging his witnesses into the forest with him, where they are more vulnerable.

Hmm. So the tech. took a photo of the pins after he repaired them. Where is the photo showing the damaged pins? Not sufficient proof, IMO.

Isn't there a hearing for something scheduled for tomorrow? Will the courtroom tweeters be able to watch it or is it sealed?

I think Juan leads them down one path, then sucker punches them from the side because they don't see it coming.

That is exactly what he does...so they can't rehearse how to answer. If one speaks truthfully they can do so no matter what order in which questions are asked. If his tactic confuses, it's because they speak from a script rather than what they know to be true.
