Iirc, JA loved being passive aggressive... she would just go on and on with whatever she wanted to talk about, no matter what TA was talking about. ie TA being all upset over JA scamming him etc and she basically just kept referring to the letter she'd written and supposedly sent to him which he hadn't received. So yea, a "conversation" like that could last as long as one of them keeps replying... not exactly what I would classify as a rant.

This testimony is pretty funny. My granddaughters can text with someone for hours on end. I would go nuts but the younger generation are fine with it. The jury probably sees it as normal. Of course, this is the doctor who thinks no one texts after 11 P.M.

So true. My 22 yr old and 26 yr old are LITERALLY in constant touch with their friends and partners, night and day. Especially my daughter. So I don't think the jury is going to be concerned with the 'length' of a long distance argument.

Also, they are less likely to be really shocked over 'bad words ' as they are all used to R rated films and raunchy lyrics. No big thing to most of them.
