ABSOLUTELY. I am banking on the thought that most of the jurors RECOGNIZE the sick twisted energy in JA's words. They have all experienced ex's that lay those kinds of guilt trips on them.

Who bothers to go back to an ex and whine and complain that they never got 'credit' for being a good girlfriend? Who whines about not getting 'credit' for helping to edit a blog? USUALLY someone who doesn't DESERVE any credit. JMO

THEN WHY WOULD YOU TESTIFY TO THAT? If you don't know and you have interviewed the defendant at least 2 times, WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT? How is that allowed?
