The jury is not going to like this woman.



Every court in the country. She said she couldnt answer yes or no, right? The judge can't have her flogged. If she refused to testify at all she could be held in contempt but she's just not answering yes or no.

And that's fine. It's just what Juan wants. He's making her reveal her bias. When she's refusing to answer yes or no, inside he's going "YES!!" The guy is a master. He's got her right where he wants her. Making her show her evasiveness reveals her bias.

This. This is why I miss your posts. This, and your incredibly huge and steady compassion.

She stalked them, went to confront one of their new girlfriends, and she killed one, if it's all the same to this doc, I think they'd all have rather she had broken ties completely when they broke up with her.

The way I see it BJ ran (moved to Oregon) and MM ran (moved to his Dad's home) .... I could be wrong but I think they both ran to get away from her. JMHO

I can't believe that the jury will miss the disrespect of MF towards JM. Her refusal to answer questions and questioning the veracity of an official court transcript has to strike them as very weird.

I hope this jury is as good as, if not better at asking questions as the first jury. MF has to be nervous, because she is out to convince the jury that her opinions were taken seriously and that she is a true expert at examining the context of relationships and their dynamics. I hope there are some tough ones in their like, "How can a conversation, lasting 2-7 hours between TWO persons be a rant by only ONE person?"

Didn't BJ eventually flee the mainland for an island in the Pacific Ocean? He must have thought that would be safer than hanging out at Crater Lake.
