I just couldn't help myself and used it as more of a slang- but therein lies the problem. It really bothers me when people in everyday conversations call other people crazy. Again. If JM thought she was out of control too far out of bounds he would appeal to JSS. He hasn't. Every half way reasonable juror sitting there is gonna be repelled by her rudeness.

So the Judge has to wait for Juan Martinez to ask her, she can't just do it on her own? I'm wondering if Juan Martinez is going to just let her explode, sounds like she's really getting angry!

I am positively livid and completely disgusted with this Judge. Don't give a damn if I get a time-out for this: This Judge has turned the court system into a mockery, she has allowed the justice system be turned upon it's head where wrong is right and right is wrong, she has aided and abetted in the derailment of justice and fairness, she has shamefully turned a blind eye to the Constitution of the US, and has allowed unadulterated bedlam to darken the AZ criminal courts. She is an inept disgrace to the pursuit of justice in my eyes.

It crossed my mind that some of the jury questions may have been just to give her some rope to hang herself...just to see how she would spin the sex nonsense. LOL Maybe. JMO

For me the telling thing is JM hasn't asked JSS to direct the witness. He can handle this witness. JSS gives everyone in the courtroom enormous latitude to do as they will.

Everyone except TA's family, who must never smirk or cry loudly or wear ribbons in support of their murdered brother.

I agree but the expert independently instructing the jury transcends even the prosecutor. It should fall on the judge to instruct the jury to disregard the expert's statement and admonish the expert regardless of what Martinez requests. Hopefully, she did just that but the tweets don't make it very clear.

I was agreeing with you Frigga!! This lady is terrifying LOL!! So was ALV. I took no offense at all. Dr Horn was a professional, Dr Demarte was a professional. Dr F is not and the jury will know it. Great to see you too Frigga!! I missed you guys!
