Jen did say she asked weird questions. Hopefully we'll find out soon enough. I don't like to say anything unkind about the jurors unless there is a good reason for it.

I never said one thing unkind about her, just that she worried me.

have or have access to those transcripts. It would be an issue if a juror asked a question which showed knowledge she had previously stated she didn't have. That would make be an issue. NOT saying that happened! Just that it would be an issue that doesn't actually have to do with actual knowledge but on what someone stated under oath. I didn't follow voir dire but I assume some jurors had knowledge and were asked about it-they're fine as long as they fully disclosed to the court what they knew as they were questioned.
