What circumstances can get a juror immediately removed from a trial?

No trial tomorrow - till Monday. #jodiarias
Well all I know is if I was looking to hire someone for her "expertise", after that debacle she wouldn't make the list, and that just for her disrespectful attitude in a court of law.
And this witness has all of you worried, that the jury believes her and trusts her opinion? LMAO. she is clearly biased and hostile. I will say it again, her testimony won't evenbe remembered or considered in deliberations.

no trial tomorrow apparently. We're back Monday at 930.

Noooo! I knew it, JA is next but Nurmi wants to fight out the motions before putting her on the stand, in public or behind closed doors, I'll bet.
OK, maybe this is why TA's family looked angry? Imagine JSS told them all that in chambers, so may have had nothing to do with the excused juror.
When Nurmi found this 'professional' witness, he had to know he was scraping the bottom of the barrel. I have to wonder, though, if DrF has any inkling or self awareness that she's less useful than that stuff at the bottom of the oak barrels after aging fine wine that even the hardest core alcoholics won't consume.
and what does she tell the jurors? 'Thanks for popping in today. See ya next week!'

Because she is not very professional.
That's assuming that the jury can last that long, even if they do at the rate of court once per week they will neither remember nor be able to effectively recall important parts of testimony. That's assuming we have a jury to make it to the end. I digress, if this judge was worth anything this trial could have easily concluded in 1 full week. But because, judge Stephens. And I'm congratulating all of us who predicted last year that this trial would not culminate until well into 2015.
Thank goodness she is done and on her way home down slime highway.

Fonseca: my answer's not going to change, I'm sorry. I'm not here to conduct an assessment. Let's not get distracted here. #JodiArias
