#jodiarias tells Detective Flores Travis had his tires slashed and he never locked his doors #3tvarias

Today we are reminded how JA uses things she did herself and uses it to twist the truth or get back at people.

In this 1 example, she herself slashed his tires and she is using that knowledge to try to "help" LE find the real killer. She also has inside knowledge about his doors not being locked because I am pretty sure she had a lot of experience checking his doors whether he was home or not.

There were other examples today as I am reading back through the tweets. She flips things around all the time on people, and most of the time it is she herself that did the negative stuff.

Detective Flores knew exactly who Jodi was before he sat down with her. He knew before he ever had the first phone call with her. A good Detective as they say, knows the answers before they start any conversation with a person of interest and he knew she was the killer. She couldn't bat them eyes at him and play all innocent.

I must have misunderstood the motion filled and how JS ruled on it.

I thought she said JM couldn't bring up anything about JA not being remorseful since she said she killed Travis in self defense.

I think it was in the same motion where she ruled nothing could come in about her threatening Juan nor the other infractions she has had since being housed in the jail.

I guess I read it wrong. Sorry.

Well, we didn't get to read it, that's the problem. We only got to read that certain motions described in a word or two were granted or denied. If we had the opportunity to read the motion, response, reply, and oral argument transcript we would have a clue what was actually going on.

Except she didn't confess.

For purposes of this mitigation stage, I am much happier with her lies than I would be with a confession.
