Where in the autopsy report is this nose/sinus damage mentioned? It's been my impression, based on the report and Horn's testimony, that the bullet entered the facial skeleton from within the cranial cavity - there was a picture of that "exit" hole submitted @ first trial. When the defense suggested this sinus injury was the reason for the blood spatter at the sink, I checked for anything in the report that mentioned damage to this area and didn't see it, but maybe I missed something?The bullet also went through the bridge of his nose/sinuses before lodging in his cheek, he'd never have been able to utter words clear enough for her to understand if he could have spoken at all. I sure wish JM had asked Dr. Horn about that.
