Sorry to burst your bubble but Nurmi won on case law on this one point. He's not running the courtroom, though he is trying to disrupt where he can.

I've consistently supported JSS for what feels like the past 5 years. But.....my patience is wearing thin. JA is a convicted murderer eligible for the DP and JM is not a rooky or renegade prosecutor. Too too deferential to the DT.....

BBM - At this rate it will be January and I'm not being facetious. I really believe the verdict for this case won't be read until January 2015 thanks to the judge constantly bending over backwards for the defense team and their shenanigans. :moo:

I am not up on Arizona law, but my opinion is that JSS can't handle this trial. Why can't that video be shown? She restricts Juan at every turn. If we get an honest verdict I will be surprised. No. Shocked.
