I am not up on Arizona law,

but my opinion is that JSS can't handle this trial.

Why can't that video be shown?

She restricts Juan at every turn.

If we get an honest verdict I will be surprised. No. Shocked.

BBM: I totally agree ... she has NO control over the DT and CMJA ... and she goes after Juan every chance she gets !

#jodiarias looks a bit confused at something. She mutters to Willmott as Juan continues with the receipts.

SW is one her most rabid supporters. DM's are essentially PM's....

How they got out? Just a rumor and speculation, but many think SW set her up. If the DM's are even hers. It's a strange strange world in some corners of the online world!

One of the other groupies is saying he was the one talking to her by DM, and says SW is trying to take "credit" for his actions. Yet to see though what answers the state had to Nurmi's motion, and I do want to read that before assuming anything.

C'mon guys. I know this is a really, really emotional case but let's at least agree that the judge is basing rulings on the law. I realize we don't know the laws, so why assume the laws are not being followed by the judge?

Perhaps her interpretation of the law is um, liberal, but it's not like she's just making things up out of thin air. Not everything is a conspiracy to help the defense team. And while Juan is fantastic, he is still human and not every single ruling that goes against him is done to thwart him just because the judge feels like it.

And make no mistake: I'm on Team Juan.
