AZLawyer already said in the past that video of previous testimony could and probably would be used. So I don't know what law Nurmi found and how thinly it relates to this case. My only guess is Juan found it not worth fighting too hard. Transcripts, video, makes no difference in the end. It's the same thing.

I think the post murder phone calls and emails are more powerful this time around, after she's been convicted. The jury can choose to see either Cold blooded guilt or mental illness. I trust JM to deprive them of the mental illness explanation.
