ok so here is a question . . .

if JA was testifying as her own witness immediately after the VIS and she got off the stand mid-testimony today - what will the jurors think?

I don't think any other trial judge is going to conduct his or her courtroom or a murder trial in this same way. I think the chance of that is almost zero %. This is a very bizarre situation with a bizarre set of behaviors by this judge. Her rulings will not become precedent and I don't think any future defendant in some other trial in some other judge's court will pull these kind of shenanigans.

Seriously? You think there are not opportunists out there or those inspired by these proceedings? It will happen, I am sure of it.

That's a great question, no matter who the witness was. I would think by now it's frustration, probably very frustrated

Well, I would probably be a bit frustrated. Being a juror is not always fun, especially all the red tape BS.
Not sure if being frustrated would sway their decision.

Yes, it's someone with long hair wearing black holding a hand up to their eye, or is it flipping the bird?

I'm not flipping the bird, but the rest sounds OK...

Do you think the jury is aware of these hearings regarding the public being kept out in the dark?

I just read that Jodi has her hair in a ponytail today.. I don't know, I think she'd wear her doen if she was on the witness stand. Might be a silly reason to discredit her as the "secret" witness, but I think she'd be there looking as glam as she possibly can.

Ponytail=young girl, IMO.

Isn't testimony done until the Court of Appeal decides on media coverage for portions of the trial. Imagine they let cameras in again... oh Lord help us.

I think the media "leaks" is a moot point now.

I sometimes wish KN just quit. We need new blood in that courtroom. Just keep Juan. :juanettes:

And Flores.... :crush:

Just the super secret portion has to immediately stop.

No, unsealed witnesses can now be called. But, as I said before, Nurmi has definitely insinuated he wants his whole case sealed. I think the cameras will be let back in but the judge will keep her decision to only allow the media to release it after the verdict.

Does anybody know why HLN is now mum on the Arias case? not a word from Drew or Nancy-- it is kinda bizarre

I don't think Nurmi wants this trial to end...............he's just going to make a lifelong project out of it.

Since he didn't get his way today, expect him to be on a real tear tomorrow, it will be something else just as stupid as this was.

He needs to be disbarred and brought up on charges for disrupting the entire court system on behalf of this witch.

There is nothing he does that is ethical. It is just lies, smoke and mirrors, and constant disruptions......most of it dreamed up by Nurmi and Wilmott. Jodi isn't smart enough to come up with these kind of strategies.....she is just along for the ride while her attorneys come up with one delay after another. I don't believe this is the way our court system is supposed to function.

As far as judge Stephens goes...........she should just start a career as a kindergarten teacher and stay out of the court room.

:seeya: I agree with everything -- except the BBM:

I believe that CMJA is forcing her defense attorneys to use her strategies ... CMJA "thinks" she is a lawyer and knows the law -- but she does not know jack !

And IF her DT does not use her strategy, no telling what she is threatening them with ... CMJA is just pure evil !

:moo:
