OR she pretended to be someone she's not to get his attention. I have mormon family members. And missionaries have come to my house. In my experience, they LOVE to talk about their faith and love to "recruite" for a lack of a better word. I bet JA knew, that her chances of getting him to marry her woukd be drasticalky improved if she too was suddenly a mormon.

And her thinking was that if she couldn't reel in TA, she would hook another dime-a-dozen young, up-and-comer.

Thank you. This entire penalty phase is a farce. The judge is letting this all get out of hand. The judge needs to give a day for the defense to say to the jury why JA should not get the dp and then the prosecutor should have a day to tell the jury why JA should get the dp. Thats it and then let the jury decide. Dang.

Could they have added this witness since last Wednesday? Was it possible LAV was the one testifying but would not continue and they ran to the nearest quack for a witness? Thus the reason she hasn't spoken with JA. I mean it's only been 18 months to get it together since guilt and all...
