It's interesting that Nurmi has dropped the sealed witness testimony and identity matter. He didn't fight it today, just let the trial move forward. JSS probably made it clear last week this was now it's going to be.

Don't you think it's very telling that JA's defense lawyers always have to go to different states to find/beg/get their experts ?

I will be glad when Juan puts this witness in her place. I cannot believe what she has said. She never got to interview Travis, remember the Killer that lied about not killing him, but did murder him. I am spitting nails. I guess Travis was not the perfect Mormon but the killer was. Geesh. I have a headache now.

Long time lurker and only posted a few times a long time ago....
As much as it infuriates me to see poor Travis and his family continuously humiliated like this, I think it shows how weak the DT case really is. The JA hole they are digging just keeps getting bigger. IMHO
All of this stuff they are bringing up is not only not that big of a deal in this day and age (texted penis pics, etc)
But it is incredibly easy to annihilate on cross examination!

So, Dr. Fonseca has established that TA was a normal male who had conflicted feelings about women and sex and religion. Travis was not a saint nor is anyone I know. How this testimony mitigates her crime is beyond me. JMV

Their emails have been taken out of context before by the defense. No doubt they were expecting this.

Bur people really need to THINK before using email. They could have called him or talked to him in person. It wasn't Sky's business at all! But Chris could have talked to him in person. Too late now and they shouldn't beat themselves up but it doesn't help the case. If I had been Travis, I would have been livid that they had the gall to email me about my personal life. And it's somewhat cowardly not to talk with someone in person. JMO.
