That was totally Jodi's MO. Even in her journals and in the interrogation, she'd say something passive aggressively negative or slanderous about someone but then backtrack on it like, yeah, he's awful, but that's ok because I'm a nice person and I forgive him for being an awful person.

I can't imagine the extra pain and anger you must feel watching a murderer such as CMJA make a mockery of TA's family search for justice. Hugs to you all.

Whatever happened to the attorneys reading the jurors' demeanor and body language and switching tactics if necessary? It is as if Nurmi doesn't get it and just keeps droning and droning and droning while the jurors drop off one by one.

By this point in time I am certain Nurmi doesn't care one whit about the jurors. He just wants to do the job that he literally cannot quit. Perhaps afterwards he will try to salvage some inkling of professional respect in order to make a living. I'm no mind reader, but I predict his future is going to be haunted forever by this case.

I just wish he'd stop it already and allow Juan to cross examine this witness.

Sky was overstepping all kinds of boundaries. Travis Alexander had way more patience than me.

Oh yah. She provoked TA into jealousy and anger to make him feel bad about himself, then "forgave" him. Classic manipulation that he was especially vulnerable to.
