IIRC, DeMarte was prevented from elaborating on her findings. She only got as far as the BPD. There's no doubt in my mind there were other diagnoses as well.

There is no way that he wants Juan to be the last one up before the jury today. So Nurmi will be going along at a snails clip today. Or a slug's clip, as usual. I say he gets in about 6 or 7 emails.

There is no reason to go through these emails, line by line. Most experts will use these types of things as references and form a general opinion based around them. Dr. Demarte didn't go through Jodi's journals, line by line by line dissecting every little things she wrote. There's no need to. We get the gist.

Not paralegal. I'm pretty sure I got the name wrong but I'm tired. The letter she wrote warning everyone giving speeches at his memorial not to talk about her being a murderer, because she hadn't been convicted yet or something like that.
