If Juan is objecting like crazy, is JSS just overruling him?

This is the very question I have. It is driving me crazy that we don't know what the rulings are on objections.

I wonder how these jurors are going to feel when this trial is over and they have access to all the ugliness that is Jodi Arias. Tire-slashing, stalking, peeping, fake pedophilia letters, her 18 day testimony, her job history (lack of anything meaningful or consistent), ninja story, the police interviews where she giggles, sings and does handstands. I cannot imagine how angry I would feel at being manipulated by the massaging of the truth by this defense team. I would be furious and would feel that I had been lied to.

I think the jury is entitled to all the facts. But even without that, I would settle for both sides having to play by the same rules. One side can lie to the jury. One side can't. But it often goes further than that--with one side lying and the other side not being able to present certain facts that refute the lies. I have seen interviews with jurors after the fact and they are not happy finding out they were lied to.

I hope so. I just hope he doesn't go in like a gangbuster right away and tear into this witness. I would hate to see him alienate the jury if they think he's being a big meanie without a reason.
