*REVISIT* Could We Have Gotten a Confession from Casey?

I think what they really need to do is have Casey starting pen-palling with Scott Peterson. oh the stuff the two of them would write about - those two were made for eachother, a match made in Hell. even if neither of them 'fesses up, it would be interesting to see how a male and female sociopath relate to one another.

Casey claims going to the police would have put her daughter in jeopardy but once Casey was in police custody through no act of her will, that bar had been crossed. The police WERE involved. The secrecy protecting the kidnappers had been violated. There was no offending the criminal's prohibition against going to the police because they came to her. Even if Casey's purported anxiety about this had been real, it had to collapse now and it was time to use all agencies and resources of the law. Listen to the tapes for what she did instead. As usual her justifications make no sense at all. She was a seated living insult during those interrogations and Embarrassment never heard from her. Her sensibilities are much too coarse for that human emotion.

N/k... and for all the pleading and insisting by KC and her equally manipulative mother that KC could only begin to assist finding Caylee if freed from jail, what did KC ever do after being bonded?! Ridiculous, all of it. And infuriating, that her parents continue to protest her total innocence while they and JB keep repeating her tired worn out mantra, "it will all come out... there is only one reason... you will understand..." aarggghhhh... Sorry, even I have my limits. JMO

Perfect. And while we're at it, why don't we put Joran's (VDS's) and KC's parents in a room to compare notes on raising moral, honest, responsible kids... sorry OT... JMO

Couldn't find anywhere to ask this or talk about it, but...............

Why can't they hook her up to say a pulse monitor or BP monitor and then have someone filming the areas where they are searching. Make her sit there and watch it and see when her heart or BP elevates..........

Personally, I think this is an excellent idea and can't see why they don't do it.

Okay, guys cut me down, tell me why it can't be done (but it should be - best idea I've heard if I must say so myself).

Or a lie detector test - can they force her to take one of those???

Besides the obvious violation of her civil and human rights and if KC's are violated there is nothing stopping yours from being violated one day.

If she is the sociopath she appears to be - her heart BP wont elevate
and she would pass a lie detector test too - she could fool a number
of doctors administrating the psychological tests . They are good actors - they have to be as their survival depends upon it.
She is without conscience and without empathy and there is no way
to implant those.
She is damaged goods and you cannot expect normal reponses or
reactions from her . She isnt capable and couldnt even fake them
very well.

In this case, I wish some forms of torture were legal. Waterboarding her *might* make her talk.

THAT would make the BEST reality show! I would watch it (as long as it's not on during Lipstick Jungle).

I think they should move her into a cell that holds 2 people and put another "Casey" in with her...with a script.

The person should be a young female...younger than Casey, innocent looking, acting and "charged" with a similar crime.

Mirror Casey, a young mother with a domineering mother or a "bad" father, who won't say where her child is, her story could be that her mom was trying to take her daughter or her dad was abusive and so she gave her to friends to "save" her. (Basically everything we thought on here at the beginning)

But don't have her go in chatty and friendly, more like quiet and depressed and in denial and let Casey draw her out...her mothering instincts seem to have kicked in with everyone by Caylee. She would never offer up any info, but everything would have to be drug out of her...and she would lie to Casey, "My baby is safe, she's with friends" the next story would be a little different "My baby is with my cousins" and as Casey offered her "solutions" she could brush them off, but w/o ever admiting that they won't work because it's all lies, but little hints that imply her child is gone too.

Young Mom: baby is better off where she is, even if I don't get to see her for a while, at least she's "safely" away from all of this.

But I think the focus would be on Casey helping the girl with her "case", because we all know "Casey wants to go on to be a lawyer when this whole mess is over with."

People like Casey who think they are smarter than everyone else, think they can fix everyone elses problems. Maybe she will slip and give advice based on her personal experience.

I know with people like Casey you can't force them to do anything. She was starting to open up a bit when the officer was giving her sympathy during the Universal interview.

As with everyone else this is just MOO. :)

I hope I do not get in trouble for this:
There are drugs called truth serum; They make people just blah blah blah.....
Since she is a club girl I would imagine that she has taken her share of drugs,
why wasn't she offered a relaxer/truth drug that would make her talk?

IMHO George told her not to talk if she wants to get out on good behavior one day
better then a life time sentence JMHO

I don't think there's anything that can get her to tell the truth, right now she has to go along with the story she's painted for her own protection.
imo she thinks she will be found not guilty.
If it turns out she is found guilty and gets the death sentence, then there's a chance she may make some kind of deal where she then tells them where Caylee can be found to get life instead, but she will still have Cindy in her corner and might not because she couldn't deal with Cindy knowing, and who's to say if Caylee is somewhere that she can be retrived from.
Even if she was to tell where Caylee could be found, imo she would not be truthful in what happened to her so we will never know what really happened.

Actually the only way to get her to talk is to silence everyone particularily those
who have been supportive from talking to her. Its too bad we cant deprive her of
JB visits or the pastor. I believe her strong narcissistic tendencies would have her turning cartwheels to re capture some attention. Ignoring the narcissist is the one thing they can not tolerate and often go to great lenghts to secure your attention once again. This is when they call you 25 times in 40 minutes or send 30 txt msgs
several times a day.

You know, like I've said all along, it wouldn't hurt if her mother stopped buying into the lies and gave her "permission" to tell the truth... I mean seriously... don't get me started, oy... JMO

Dont think that will ever happen. Sad so very sad

Sadly until there is some kind of change in the system the KC's of this country have rights that the innocent victims will never have.
A child is not reported missing for over a month.
The people closest to Caylee did not protect her or keep her safe.
They believed the nonsense about a nanny. They never met or spoke with the person who supposedly took care of their beloved grandchild and niece.
They never questioned their daughter about her job or her friends?
22 going on 16, this young woman did not want to have a child.
What would make the A's thinks she would become a responsible adult if she gave birth?
I wish these people would go away and not be heard from again.

CinA knew her daughter was unstable. She told the childhood friend as much.
Yet, they used the innocent child as a pawn.

I know a great way that wont interupt any of the psycho's constitutional rights... stick her in GenPop and let a guard start flirting with her....

Now this could work either way... A woman beats the snot outta her until she talks or

The guard could flirt her up while wired and get her to talk...

LP is so sure of things, I wonder if lady BH was wired or wrote everything down for LP..........?????

Are the secretaries to lawyers under any kind of gag? Maybe they told people or heard something at JB office.....I'm sure KC talked and talked ...........all those hours there! IMO

Reading Rob's latest interview about how eager Caylee was talking to him in the car....and how Padilla said Casey had no trouble showing interest for Rob...I couldn't help but wonder if there was a lost opportunity there for Casey incriminating herself or Rob collaborating with LE as undercover. I do not believe for a minute she would tell him she harmed the baby, but I think she would have possibly talked about other things that could have been used as evidence against her. But like a true sociopath she will ONLY admit to the truth if she is found guilty and faced with the death penalty. Like that computer genius who killed his Russian wife, only then Casey will have a ''reason'' to give the location of the child. Only and only then!
I agree. They need to leave the death penalty on the table. That's the only way she'll reveal the location of Caylee. It has to serve a purpose for her and no one else. She couldn't care less about her family's feelings or anyone else's for that matter.

After watching Nancy Grace's program last evening, it dawned on me that Van Der Sloot (of the Holloway case) and Casey are just so similar in lifestyles, actions, deception, and fabrications. Are they born this way or does it develop over time. Both appear to have had good upbringings, probably didn't want for much, and had parents that tried to protect them from the authorities. Casey will stick to her guns, even after evidence is shown that she is guilty and hiding the truth about her daughter. Van Der Sloot is similar in that he is just daring the authorities to find something on him and can turn to his father and his connections for protection. To me they are almost cut from the same cloth.

She said it herself in her interview with DFS...."No one will break me"

We try and think of sociopaths as having the same "normal" emotions that we have. They don't. They don't think like us, they don't have a conscience.

People who murder are not nice people.

Nuff said......
