I don't care.
Whether or not he is a person of interest in the Haleigh case, or any other case, he should be found; an earnest attempt should be made.

It is very DIScomforting to know that the State of Florida is not hunting him down. Why bother with the sex offender registry otherwise? Why bother with the conditions of parole?

Does a human life become less of a human life because of a crime? Who gets to decide which crimes make a life not worth protecting? [Yes, I know, not a popular point of view, but it sure seems like we have a subjective standard.]

I will not rest until at least one of them is found. And I may not drop it, then, either. Call me a naive idealist, but it's just wrong for this to be ignored.

p.s. If I need to shut up about this, please have the moderators contact me.

I don't think you need to shut up. You are right. I can't believe they would not make finding him a priority. He's registered. He's missing. He needs to be found.

I don't think you need to shut up as I agree with you. He is a registered sexual PREDATOR that is missing. Whether or not he has involvement in the case he still needs to be located ASAP. Personally I feel that anyone that needs to be tagged a "predator" needs to stay in prison. They're pretty much saying "We know this individual is capable of repeating their crime but what the hell, let's let them out and see what happens." Well I'm sorry but all too often they do repeat their crimes and actually get worse where they kill their victims in an effort to not get caught. So sad.

To look at this as logically as possible, I keep finding it interesting that LE while saying "everyone is a suspect" has ruled no one out EXCEPT THREE SEXUAL PREDATORS! First, the neighbor is not involved, then the cousin is not involved, then Chad R. is not involved...maybe we should be exploring just what this does tell us. What does what they are NOT saying compared to what they ARE saying mean? FWIW....to me it seems that they know more about who is involved than they are saying, and that they know it was not a random SO.

All of my logical thought on this case is completely out of the window at this point. Well, now that I've read you post, maybe not.

So, logically thinking...
- Law enforcement IS saying that none of the 3 are suspects.
- They are NOT warning area residents about possible SOs in the area.
[At least on my side of the bridge.]

So, logically speaking, they must know either:
1. Whereabouts of the sex offenders:

TN cousin was back up there too soon to have been involved in Misty's original story (which I'm not sure whether or not to believe, but giving them the benefit of the doubt),

Neighborhood RSO, Loukakes (sp?) who did have on his GPS ankle bracelet.

Chad R who was WHERE?
[And mmanley, I apologize for this, but my friend @ county dismissed my theory out-of-hand with, "Oh, he's dead somewhere." I don't know that she actually knows anything, btw, or if that is just her personal assumption or she's just swallowing PCSO statements as gospel truth.]

2. Whodunnit in Satsuma.

If #2 is true, then that leaves Ch unaccounted for, which they should be worried about even if he had nothing to do with Haleigh case.

If #1 is true, why would they not publicize that an absconded RSP had been found? Especially since he has family desperate to know what has happened to him?

Please, I want to hear some logical conclusions so I can let go of this bone.

And mManley, please keep us up-to-date on anything you hear about your stepson's whereabouts and well-being. Regardless of his past, I don't think that he deserves to be ignored when he has gone missing.

And I am sure that the U. S. Marshall's Service and all law enforcement entities are looking for him. I will bet my best pair of riding boots on that! There is most likely a flyer of C. Reynolds in just about every LE cruiser. He will be found either dead or alive, IMO.

A previous post stated that Chad has an arrest warrant pending. Is that because of his failure to report/disappearing act? Or was it for a different offense? TIA

I have never seen a warrant such as this one. Warrant is (A) arrest. I have no idea what the 'WAR' means other than warrant.

Maybe someone can give us some insight on this who has worked with warrants out of Florida.

In Louisiana, you arrest on any and all warrants originating either locally or out of state. On an out of state warrant, you place a 'hold' on the arrestee, then notify the jurisdiction the warrant is out of. That jurisdiction has a certain amount of time to come and pick up the arrestee for extradiction. Every jurisdiction has a U. S. Marshalls Service and I would imagine that would be who would immediately transport back to the warrant origination point. After all, this is an absconded RSO.

PLS CONFIRM THRU FL0420002 STATE WILL EXTRADITE

Wonder if that refers to PCSO?

I've been on all kinds of official sites trying to find what the coding is. No luck yet.

Did a search for FL00420002 - shows warrants that originate in Marion County, looks like.

I had hoped to log on this evening to some sort of good news, but I see it is business as usual - no news! :bang: MManley, if you are still reading, here is a hug for you: ((((((MManley))))))) This has to be really hard on you and your family also. I am really surprised and disappointed in the way LE has handled both of these cases thus far. It just doesn't make sense to me.

I am still concerned over what Chad R was wearing when he disappeared. His step-mom said he was wearing his work clothes. Our local Longhorn wears all black...black pants, black T-shirt, black shoes, and black ball cap. I hope she can let us know if that was the type of work clothes he was wearing or not.

Yes he was wearing that with the exception of the fact that he had won a white tshirt at work that day and had that on over his work stuff.

Maybe Status A = Active Warrant Type War = Warrant Level F = Felony ?

  • #276
Thanks mmanley....prayers going out to you and your family that Chad will be found soon.

I am happy to report that Bill has been asked to leave Debbies house. Amy Bajer took and passed a polygraph, however when her ex was seated and ready to go he said F... this and refused. So they are now seeking a legal means of making him do so.

Am I the only one on here who finds it remarkable that PCSO arrested the Loukakis SO ASAP for breaking curfew, but won't even discuss Chad as being a suspect?

I am not saying Chad had a thing in the world to do with it, but, gosh -
he lived right next to Putnam County, committed his felony here, had many relatives here, and went to high school here. And, according to the obit, he had relatives in south Putnam.

p.s. Sorry, mM, but too many people looking for Chad would not be a bad thing for either case. Also, if you don't mind, I am curious: which outcome would be most difficult for your side of the family to deal with? Neither are very good.

I have struggled with this question myself. I of course want him alive but that would mean him probably spending the rest of his life in prison.

Wow....that was quick!!!! Great news.

A troubling report of a sexual predator with an arrest warrant who had vanished from Marion County and who has relatives in next-door Putnam led detectives to interview his family in Putnam.

Ryan said the interviews convinced detectives he did not have any connection to the case."

Did LE speak to you and have you been able to voice your concerns to them?
