Yes. Manley said that Ch and BC were very, very close. BC went and lived with Ch's mother after Danyell [BC's g/f, Ch's sister] died.

That said, do you still think BC worked for DCF, lakeland?

Well since BC is not the only William C in Florida it is very possible, isn't it? Why would they have DCF next to his name? That is the only thing I can think of.

I was reading and saw you asked that question,didn't know it had been answered already by someone.I still don't know about the middle guy,except he's cousin or uncle,from what someone has said when we were looking at pics.Only saw those two pics and they've made thier myspaces private.Odd that there's no mention on him anywhere else in any of relatives sites.She had said her cousin looked like her,JO,does not,but he sure does.
