I'm not sure if this piece of work has been listed, but read about it on another site and was quite shocked; he's being released next month again apparently.

LAPORTE, Ind. (Map, News) - A man who spent almost 40 years in prison for murdering two young children and was convicted in April of molesting a 7-year-old boy was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison for possession of child .

Richard Dobeski, 60, already had been sentenced to eight years on the molesting conviction, and LaPorte Circuit Judge Tom Alevizos ordered the sentences to run consecutively for a total of 11 years.

Dobeski also would have to register as a sex offender upon his release. "

"Dobeski was released Thursday after serving time for molesting a seven-year-old boy in Westville. He was convicted of stabbing and strangling two children, a six-year-old girl and her three-year-old brother, in Long Beach in 1964. Police discovered their bodies in the crawl space under Dobeski's home at the time"

INDIANAPOLIS -- Officials with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office say they have arrested a convicted child killer who was released from prison last week.

Deputies took Richard Dobeski, 67, into custody Thursday afternoon outside the Central Library downtown, according to a tweet from the sheriff’s office.

Yeah - this story is blowing up facebook right now. The downtown central library is a popular hangout for the homeless. It is not unusual at ALL to go in the restroom and find someone bathing! Glad they got him- because......well, just because!
