I posted this in response to a person on my BLOG who is upset with me that I referred to needing "free help" and my dislike of Melich, Belich, et. al. But so everyone knows where my motives lie (no pun intended) here it is for everyone. If you don't like my motives, then don't help . . . but then why participate on a forum titled "WebSleuths?"

heh, I like Yuri, but I think you are entitled to your opinons just like the rest of us! I also appreciate your candor! I don't mind participating in screening the calls at all. I feel like it is sort of a civic duty. Thanks for asking us and trusting us to screen them.

I agree that we NEED to organize these calls! Not sure where to begin. I am listening to Robyn Adams Disc 2....already posted summarty of Call #1. Listening to Call #2 now.

Robyn talking with (Kimmie)? Says she misses her, got her letters today. Said she met with her attorneys today, said that she has to talk to the prosecution, that they are going to meet with her to get some information (I'm assuming regarding her own case? Not specified yet)

(Kimmie?) says "I'm not sure what that means?"

Robyn: It means I have to tell them everything I know. The problem is I dont know a whole lot.

Robyn says she just wants something good to happen, wants to have faith, strength, so scared, needs a hug, feels like her whole life is in everyone elses hands (duh)

Talked to her daughter for the first time today, daughter started crying telling her how much she misses/loves her (killing me)

Robyn: What am I going to do if they keep me here for years? What am I going to do?

Sister says "I think you'll be pleasantly surprised"

Robyn: I know

(Hmmmm..odd.)

Sister is saying to tell the truth, answer the best she can. I'm not really sure what all of this is in reference to.


Seems to be nothing in relation to Casey Anthony, but what I took away from it was this:

Now THIS is a woman who misses her children. THIS is a mother who grieves to be with her child. Whose heart is heavy with love and grief Definitely NOT making plans for taking her traveling artist/photography/ministry to Costa Rica

Need to establish three new threads, one for "Adams phone call summary" one for "Holloway phone calls" and one for "Mya phone calls". Then, as each person listens, they can post their summary into the proper thread.

Allowing multiple summaries to be posted will ensure that what one person missed another will have picked up.

3rd call. More medicine talk. More bickering. Someone sold benhaida's computer, but the person gave her 50$. She's in dorm E. And she's under "holloway??" Lamar lives in virginia beach. Lamar only just got out of jail. Daughter failed 3 subjects. She put a request in to get a bond. No lawyer yet. Another request for pictures. She's on the top bunk, she barely has the strength to pull herself up with the medicine she's on. On the phone with daughter keeps asking her to call someone, and send pictures and write. Exercising and working on her pot belly and butt. (lamar insists she continue to work out)

Patty's directions worked for me- don't just click to listen, you have to right click, save target as, and download.

She is praying for Clay. She is crying and her heart hurts. Robin misses Clay so much. Sandra says that they are all there for her. Roybn talking about some folks in the prison are not nice at all. She asks Sandra if she has seen Robyn’s kids. Asks how is Grandma? Grandma is fine. Robyn asks about Chad. Chad is doing as well as can be expected. Robyn wants to talk to Sandra without being monitored. But decides they can’t. Robyn says her heart is broken and wants Sandra to tell Clay that she will always be his wife and that she loves him with all her heart. Robyn asks if Clay is by himself. Robyn is still in Protective custody. Says there is a lady that really wants to kick her ask. She mentions that she has a friend across the hall and they only talk with hand signals but that she is sweet and just found God in prison too. Says the girl is only 19. She did not mention any names.
I thought she was referring to KC but she is the wrong age.

I would have to disagree ,Spangle. A criminal defense attorney who practices ( in the same district) defending clients against the very same LEO's and SA's he is now trying to discredit ,may very well have different motives than most sleuthers at WS. Just my opinion and observation.

Mr. Hornsby: You have accused Det. Melich of 'trying to create incriminating evidence' I assume you are talking about his supplemental report where he states that Robyn told him and Corp. Edwards that KC mentioned chloroform to her. Robyn also mentions this to SA Woehr and SAS Broadway, it is noted in the FDLE summary written by SA Woehr - are you also accusing them of trying to create incriminating evidence? Is this some sort of vast conspiracy cooked up by two different police agencies? Each report summarizes what Robyn said to both OCSO and FDLE before her sworn statement. During her sworn statement, she backs off the chloroform and just says 'stuff'.

If 4 different people hear her say the same thing, and two of them write up what all 4 of them hear, how is this 'creating incriminating evidence'?

I am trying to understand where you are going with this. I have no idea whether RA is a liar or not, I have not seen enough proof either way yet. How are FDLE and OCSO 'trying to create incriminating evidence' when they are reporting what was told to them. Are you accusing Det. Melich and SA Woehr of lying?

Uh... So Yuri, and "people like" him? Like who? Sgt Allen perhaps?

Yuri and people like him (assuming you mean other LE in this case) are "trying to CREATE incriminating evidence" ????

Wow. I'd like to know where THAT is coming from? How so? And yes, it's a very intense allegation.
