When posters make a claim such as yours on this web site, it is common courtesy to let readers know if the post is factual or opinion. Since you refuse to offer any information to substantiate your claim, I’ll consider it opinion which raises a question regarding your motive. Are you trying to jump on the Casey gravy train (maybe get some more TV appearances) or are you jockeying for a place on the defense team?

Another little tidbit, most of us know when to start a new thread so there is no need to take orders from you simply because you won’t answer a question about something you stated as fact. Nice try though.

Listen, the only problem is I am one of the few people who consistently cites anything supporting his opinion. But I have previously cited the instances where I believe YM has been less than stellar in other opinions. So you are welcome to search through my posts to find it.

But unfortunately, and contrary to popular opinion, I lack the ability of total recall so I can not pull the exact time date place and link of something.

And by the way, any critique of another person, whether of me or YM, is by definition an "opinion."

And as for "changing threads" I was only attempting to change the subject to appease certain moderators and others who wanted the thread to stay focused. So I offered an apology for the sole purpose of trying to facilitate that.

I assumed that would be where chloroform was stated if at all.

Note that in the interview CW did of cookie, she never specifies antihistimines, HE does. she only says "stuff".

It's getting to be a habit but I am going to have to disagree again. There are thousands of sleuthers here who consistently cite links, laws, outside sources supporting their opinions. To suggest that you are one of only a few on this site who does that, to me, is just ludicrous. Of course, we are not attorneys, so we do not cite the law as commonly as you do, but we certainly do try to back up our opinions with as many facts as are available. :blushing:

Thanks to everyone who has time to listen & report. IMO, no harm done on either side if WS helps ferret out bogus testimony. If we don't, someone else might during trial and that would NOT be fun for the prosecution.

To me, and this is just me, these calls are going to be completely inconsequential. It does not matter what these people say, unless they come out and say yeah, KC and I are running a scam and she is writing all these lies to me, and hahahahaha...unless THAT occurs? We already know these folks are IN jail-serving sentences for some fairly serious crimes-one for murder. So if they lie will that suprise us? If they are selfish individuals will be confused by that? Obviously these folks are less than stellar citizens. It is what KC WROTE that really matters in the end...not what they say.

I have followed this case from day 32. I have read every document dump and read all the threads about the document dumps and watched ALL the interviews of ALL the key players, several times. I read the letters. I am not going to listen to the phone calls but will read the highlights from those who feel they should listen or want to listen. I may even use one of their "posts" as a source to document some issue at some point. But I am not going to delve THAT deeply into these criminal minds...it makes me feel YUCKY...it is bad enough I have delved into KC's...

I just wanted to say a BIG hello to everyone. I have been lurking on and off here for years now (much more so in the last few months). These tapes have dragged me out of the corner. I am listening to them now and taking notes. I will post my observations and opinions when I am done in the appropriate threads.

I just wanted to say that I am quite shocked by these latest developments. I truly did not think that it could possibly get any stranger in regards to the "characters" in this case. I was WRONG

Even IF they were trying to set her up? That doesn't matter either. The ONLY thing that matters is what she WROTE, who passed the notes, and what the involvement of each of these individuals actually was in overriding the system in place in the jail and doing things their own way...If we find those things out from the calls, then great, they served their purpose, but otherwise? It's a non-issue for me, personally.

Also in reference to this gal Robyn being outed as a proficient "jailhouse snitch"? I don't know of any other time this gal has been imprisoned other than THIS time we are discussing. And of course she, like almost every other single person in jail, if given the opportunity to lighten HER sentence by setting up another individual is going to have no qualms about doing that. But she is obviously NOT a proficient "jailhouse snitch" as has been suggested or she would have brought ALL of this to the attention of the persons who were in charge of investigating HER case. She would have used this information to try to get a deal...her sentence was already handed down...she was already moved to Federal custody by the time they even talked to her. She may be telling what she knows NOW...but I can't see her as a skilled jailhouse snitch...it just doesn't fit for me.

I am not concerned with his agenda. The facts don't lie. Anyone can listen to them, and I will make my own observations upon what I hear. He provided the access to the calls. It doesn't help his agenda, whatever that is, in any way. JMO.
