Freddie Wayne Cummings, December 15th, 2009

Thanks and I believe we discussed that one several weeks ago...
I was hoping you were perhaps talking about D Sykes, Ron C's, mother's brother...

In the 911 call from CJ he said he was turning around and because of his headlights Ron would not be able to tell it was him coming torwards him, so it was dark. CJ may have not seen Misty in the truck ...jmo

Funny, how people assume RC is the one in the right. CJ should have turned his cheek..but not RC...LOl.

RC is the one with the children in the car...not CJ!

This is the third time I have heard of reckless driving when rc has children in the car.

1..serious car wreck with injuries.
2..at the bus stop
3..Hwy 308B.

Yet, he still gets a pass with some. What is it going to take for people to realize he is dangerous? The death of a child?

Not that he ever would confess, but even if Ron confessed to the most horrible crime imagible, some would give him a pass.

It's pretty sad when you listen to a 911 call from someone allegedly being chased by a truck with "Only God Can Judge Me" in the back window telling the operator "I know how Putnam County works! He's not going to jail!"

Who can argue with him?

IMHO..Looks like that has already happened almost eleven months ago....JMO

lol - not pickin' on ya Madg, but and if this was even real,

Go to google maps or bing and take a gander at these roads. Interstate, ho-ho-ho.

So, TJ was sitting around twiddling his thumbs on NYE. JMO but if he wants to keep his job, he had bigger and better storied to be dealing with.

LOL.....maybe I didn't explain clearly. I don't know how the area is where this all went down, just thinking out loud. If by chance there were any type of surveillance cameras in the area-street lights, since there is such a high drug/crime rate.
Or if the LE that CJ passed during the chase seen what was going on maybe that is a separate report?
Just hoping TJ Hart will get wind of some more info from LE in the future and update a report/write an article on it if someone else seen something that came forward after? It would be great if someone else saw what all was going on that night and came into LE with a statement of what they saw. But that would be a miracle, seems most are afraid of Ron or wouldn't want to have their name plastered in the papers. Unless it's someone looking for their 15min of fame. We can hope though...LOL

If Ron needed to call 911 and Misty wasn't there, what would he do ?

I do have a question about the gun. As stated in the police report "Ronald said he kept the gun in a gun cabinet inside the house."

To me when you have a gun cabinet it conotates more than one gun.

If you only have one gun you have this for instance

That was my thoughts exactly. He must own more than one IMO. Just because he claims a gun was at his home does not mean he does not own more than one gun. For all we know he could own more than one and not even be registered. JMO though.

I live in Central FL now. Many haves guns including us .All are registered but we don't have a cabinet, we don't have a truck with a rack. We keep them safe and all but one are collectors items. The one that isn't a collectors item is for our protection. My hubby keeps it right next to him and I for one am glad he does. So my point being its not uncommon for peeps to have guns, we just don't drive around with them freely pointing it out our vehicle window.

OT -- sort of -- my mom had a gun cabinet and no guns. She had shelves put in and stored some of the stuff she & dad got for their silver wedding anniversary...

Just happened to think of it with this comment and we've been having a memory day with the grandsons.. sure wish they had been able to meet each other.

Questions --

did LE & RC have physical contact the other night before he went to GGMS's house? If not, is it possible that he had the gun & put it away before they got there?

was there any more information about what was going on last night with RC, LE, and then the Croslin crew?

Not sure and I could be terribly wrong but in reading the scanner thread there was a 10 min period where LE was talking to cj and rc had time to MAYBE ditch even a sandwich.:innocent:

This 911 call from Misty and Ron is infuriating. They both are all ready to show LE "where this guy lives", but they don't want to give their name when CJ allegedly tries to run them off the road (with two kids in the car) ? You can hear the truck speeding up besides CJ's at several points in his 911 call and still LE has done nothing.

IIRC, Misty wasn't too happy about giving her name during the 911 call when she was robbed (or whatever happened in that area of town). Why all the nervousness about giving LE your name ? And why can't Ron call LE for once ? He's more than able to offer commentary in the background while his girlfriend handles LE. It reminds me of the 911 call when Haleigh went missing and all of his, in the background, comments. WHY is Ron so afraid ?

I don't know, but I will be very surprised if Putnam County ever arrests Ron for anything.

Sorry for the rant...

Ron is very cautious when it comes to LE if you notice. He doesn't want to say anything that will get him in trouble. He'd rather have the other person get in trouble. I have watched him over the past year and this is his MO. The night Haleigh disappeared, he was mum also. He waited till mommy got there to talk for him while misty was dealing with LE....nothing new.

When he was in the fight, he was mum to the LE, so they took him to jail. He waited for awhile, calmed down, and rapidly filed a counter suit against TC. He said nothing at the scene. He then pleads with misty to file a RO as this will help his case in the chance he gets charged and goes to court. He has to get his ducks in order before he speaks about a crime he is involved in. After the arrest last August, I bet he called his attorney who advised him to counter file and gave him some legal advice.

rc is very shrewd, no doubt about that! He is a narcissist and it is always about him.

North Carolina cellphone....interesting. Did rc give his number? bet he didn't! He most likely gave AS's number.

So little misty doesn't want her phone tracked....hmmm. It must be one of those pay as you go's or throw away's. She is a piece of work.

I’m about to give up trying to see any logic to this car chase. I plotted all of the landmarks mentioned by CJ during his 911 call and some of it is convoluted to say the least.

The chronological order of his landmarks and the corresponding time mark are as follows:

(1) At the beginning CJ states he is headed south (towards Welaka) on 309 and mentions passing Shell Harbor.

(2) At the 2:31 mark he says he is passing the Post Office. The Post Office is 3.1 miles from Shell Harbor.

(3) At the 3:41 mark he says he is at the Handy Way. The Handy Way is at the corner of 309 and 308B and the problem is the Handy Way is 600 feet BEFORE the Post Office! It took a minute and ten seconds to travel back the 600 feet! IDK, maybe he had trouble getting turned around or something.

(4) At the 3:50 mark he says he is now on 308B headed toward Pomona Park.

(5) At the 4:30 mark he says he is at the baseball field which is less than a half mile from the Handy Way.

(6) At the 5:00 mark he says he is at the new “Cop Complex” which is appx. 3/10 of a mile from the baseball field. The problem is that once again it’s BEFORE the baseball field!

(7) At the 5:15 mark he is passing 11th Avenue which is ¼ of a mile from the baseball field.

(8) The final landmark mentioned is Pineapple at the 6:34 mark and is 1 and ½ miles from 11th Avenue.

By the 7:48 mark, CJ had decided to turn around and GO BACK towards Welaka. At this point both myself and the 911 operator gave up on him.

Something’s not right with all of this.

I am starting to think that Ron is untouchable. Maybe he is someone connected to the police. Informant?

LE doesn't seem to want to arrest him. They let him get away with murder....
LITERALLY.
