I think it would matter, if it was Ron, because that would indicate that Misty had lied about her husband not wanting to work with TM any further.

It wasn't Ron, IMO. And I haven't heard about any other family member coming out to the search site - maybe with water for the searchers or something like that. They could have been there - but I think we would've heard about that. So, Misty's statement about the relationship between Ron, TM and herself is starting to ring true to me.

You know what? I never thought of that but you are right. It would mean there was a discrepancy in what Misty said and what the truth was.

They look like black sneakers to me. Do we know if this is what he was wearing when LE arrived there? I would question whether or not he had sneakers or work boots on while operating a crane? Perhaps we will never know.

I would think that non-office personnel at PDM wear hard shoes. Also, not sure about the very baggy pants - they could be a hazard around heavy machinery, I would think. I wonder what the OSHA requirements are for that type of work ?

I'm still concerned whether or not LE limited access to the mh, and its contents, once they arrived. If Ron changed his clothing, I wonder when and where ? Were the clothes he's wearing in the pic, including the shoes, removed from the mh ? Ron, Misty and Jr would need clothing and toiletries during the month or so the mh was roped off - I wonder how that was handled and if the removal of clothing, especially shoes, will impact any future trial ?
