ITA with you debs. Personally, I don't think Ron would be caught dead in those shorts, lol. The only reason I can think that it may matter is if Ron would have even showed up for the search at all since according to his bride they are not going to have anything else to do with TM. I do think that enough about the guy, but that is JMO.

Will Ronald repeat the statement that TM told Misty that he wouldn't search for Haleigh if Misty didn't subject herself to his testing? Could be a real gut wrenching decision. Ronald vs Tim Miller. Tim has denied the accusation....

He has two new attorneys, Kat. A criminal defense attorney named Terry Shoemaker and a family law attorney - not sure of that name. Both are based in St. Augustine.

When asked if they would be re-entering after the assault arrest, Kimball and Snider said they had no plans to re-enter "the fray".

O/T you must have moved when we moved. I am so glad that it's over.

Yes, Kimball and Snider released the termination stating he no longer required representation. The new lawyer, I am assuming will be representing him in the assault case. Unless a settlement has already been reached but who knows.

Well, now I'm just stuck on the darn thing! I mean, there is no healthy way to have lost so much weight if it IS Ronald Cummings, and every person I've ever seen this skinny at that age has been someone who has a serious meth/crack addiction. I'm just not convinced that it IS him but maybe whoever it is, perhaps as continued community service based on some recent drug arrest or whatever, was a volunteer, but then I have to say "Who would wear shorts to search in the underbrush of FL?"

In any case, way skinny, no wedding ring, no discernible tattoo on the right forearm, grainy picture to start with and really bad taste in the color of shorts......It just doesn't add up to RC. Wish I could quit this picture thing, though.

Hmmmm....perhaps they recommended he remove it while they were doing the laser surgery to remove the tattoo from that arm? You know...swelling of the tissues and all.

The eyes look too squint-y to me, I don't think it is RC personally. If it is somehow proven to be RC I am seriously concerned because he does not look good. I know RC wasn't heavy to begin with but, I can say with honesty that he looked at least healthy in the beginning.

Who knows maybe his attorneys have been reading here and we are getting a press conference for some confirmation on the picture. Not. Sorry, just trying to lighten the mood.
