If people were only reading and discussing the latest news event there would be no problem, imo. The problem comes from people automatically assuming he is guilty without hearing his side of it and then taking that opportunity to bash him further, imo. No one has heard Ronald's side of the story. What if he really had nothing to do with this fiasco? It is standard here to blame to him for everything under the sun, imo! Gosh, if Florida dropped off into the ocean tomorrow...Ronald would surely have something to do with it in some way and people would probably say he conspired with Georgia, imo!

I was going to give examples in quotes here, but there are too many to list of people stating he did this for a fact. It is NOT a fact. If it is...please show me his statement in which he admits to it or show me anything other than Tommy and his neighbor saying it is true.

There is no reason to trust Tommy's word since he had a RO filed against him two days prior, imo. (Violent men tend to detest ROs for obvious reasons and they are usually seen as a major threat against them, imo. I have seen ROs be nothing more than signed death warrants for some.) All this "love" people claimed he has for Misty seems to have gone right out the window with that RO, imo. He doesn't appear to care about "saving her" at all, but he does seem hellbent on ruining her life and Ronald's, imo.

ETA: I think our Forensic Astrology and Dream threads have both been found to be accurate on many cases. I support them being part of the WS team in an effort to do anything possible to bring cases to a close and to gain insight in many areas of investigation. Thanks for all the hard work which takes place on those threads!

You don't need to be "cobra-esque". Putting your time and your heart into what you do by going to search for Haleigh means so much more more than being a mere foot soldier. This is what it is going to take to find her and bring her home. Thanks for taking the time to study the case and go out in the rough terrain in order to make a difference. It is inspiring when I see something positive being done in the search for Haleigh. I wish everyone local would spend a few hours out searching for her every week. If people would only take the time to go over their own property in an effort to find her then maybe this case could be finally brought to a close. I just want Haleigh to come home and justice to be served.

I have witnessed too many inconsistences from both Ron C and Mist C to believe too much of anything they say is the TRUTH.

Yet you are willing to assume that Tommy is telling the truth? How do we know that he isn't setting Ronald up for this? We don't. We don't know if he set Ronald up the other night with the fight either, imo. We still do not know that Misty called them crying and upset. It all sounds good, but it doesn't make it true, imo. This isn't Tommy or Hank Sr.'s first rodeo. I have a feeling there is a lot to be learned about both of them.

I find it more than curious the neighbor saw a "juvenile" in the truck, too. Aren't Ronald's windows in the truck tinted? This woman's eyes are getting more incredible by the minute. I can only assume she is pointing the finger at Misty, too.

How very lucky for Tommy after she just filed for a RO against him! A little too convenient in the timing here, imo. Maybe Misty and Ronald should be watching their backs very carefully, imo. I think this guy could be extremely dangerous, imo.

I am sorry but if those were my children, I would do anything and give up everything to make sure they were not subjected to this type of behavior. (it is for similiar reasons that my son's father lost his rights to his son, i wouldn't allow it)

RC should be concerned about finding his daughter and focus himself on that. But instead he's starting trouble for himself and on the verge, if convicted, of loosing JR and ending himself up in jail.

ITA: this is getting to be so crazy already. His daughter is missing for crying out loud, and he is out at midnight putting dead rats in mailboxes??? where was JR during all of this? Why is he not home trying to figure out who took his daughter, or why is he not at the police station helping find his daughter.

I can relate....my brother, a year older than me, he is a momma's boy...it irritates the heck out of my sisters and me........ He does not stand on his own feet..mommy is always helping him, financially...and what ticks me off the most....if I go over and there are left overs in the fridge..my mom is a wonderful cook I ask if I can eat and I am told NO that is in case JEFF stops in..... I am 51 year old and I get so frustrated over this...

All the woman RC's life need to understand they are doing more harm....love and support are not the same as treating your son as a "BABY" boy....Let him GROW up and take responsibility for his actions.....

In the above link, the report dated Monday, August 10th, which marks the 6-month disappearance of HaLeigh, states Ronnie Jr had returned from a 6-week visit with his mother. If Ronnie Jr was returned to Ron on Monday, then Ronnie Jr wasn't home and this possibly explains why there is no mention of him in the report regarding the incident that happened late Wednesday, Aug 6.

I have to agree, this is a little issue considering HaLeigh is still missing after 6 months. And it is taking the attention away from her search.

It's interesting that the article says that "one of the two got out of the truck and put something in the neighbor's mailbox". If it was the person on the passenger side that got out, then it would have been the "juvenile" that put the ick in the mailbox. If it was the person on the driver side that got out, then it would have been the adult. I wonder if it could end up with the "juvenile" as the perp and the driver just an accessory to the crime.

A witness who lives nearby gave deputies a written statement about what she saw the previous night. The woman said she had been watching television and heard a truck coming up the road in front of her house. In her statement, the woman wrote that she saw Cummings driving his truck and saw him slow down in front of Croslin's house. Then, she said, he appeared to put something into the mailbox.
Cummings denied the allegation, deputies said, and also voluntarily agreed to be questioned about the incident and to provide a written statement. Cummings told deputies he was not responsible for the incident.

I am not saying that i think RC killed his daughter, i am just saying that he is not where he should be at that hour of the night. He should be at home with his family.

I guess we will have to wait and see what the SA will do about these two incidents.
It would be moo that they will take it serious and investigate it further as tampering with a witness or victim is a huge no no and not taken lightly. I say victim because that is what Hank Jr. is at this time until proven otherwise through our court system wether some people like it or not.

I would be beyond teriffied if I recieved a headless rat in my mailbox, I would take that as a serious threat..jmo.
It was nearly a full moon that night so it is concievable the woman saw everything going on. I would suspect with everything that has happened in Satsuma that people are more aware of their surrounding's and do pay attention to vehicles cruising around late at night jmo..

I am not here to bash Ron as some like to put it, I am here for Haleigh. I find this last two incidents if in fact found to be true a sample of personality and how Ron could be and has been conducting himself for quite sometime.
This is a concern for me as this kind of conduct could be very well why in part Haleigh is missing.

It is moo that you can not go through life threating and assaulting people and not expect some sort of retaliation for your actions. I am not saying Ron is like this because I do not know, but as I said before if the last two incidents are any indication I would almost have to say this is why Haleigh is missing, which brings me back to that the answer for Haleigh missing more then likely lies within the 30 days leading up to her disappearence who was hanging around and who Ron was dealing with at the time.

The saga of the search for Haleigh Ann-Marie Cummings, the 5-year-old Putnam County girl who has been missing since February, took another twist Wednesday, when police announced that her father was accused of leaving a decapitated rat in his in-laws' mailbox, days after a fistfight with the same in-laws landed him in jail.

Ronald Cummings' brother-in-law, Hank Croslin Jr., told police Saturday that he found a rat in his mailbox and suspected Cummings of putting it there "as a sign ... he was going to kill him," according to a police report.

Croslin, 23, signed a charge of retaliating on a witness against Cummings and an unnamed juvenile. In March, Cummings, 25, married Misty Croslin, 17, but it was not clear whether she was the listed juvenile.

Please keep in mind at this time this 'Rat incident' is an accusation based on a neighbor's report and the assumption by the Croslins. RC was not arrested for this incident, if there had been proof he would have been.
