Since Tim went public with Misty's results, I don't expect to see RC take one again...at least not from his experts.

I wish they would all line up in a row to take the same three tests tho. Then have the Croslins come in for their tests. Move right to Baker County and go through all of their family while they are at it.

We are really on a roll you and I....I am saying the same as I have all along. If they haven't tested them all...both sides...way out.....do it now!

I agree with everything you said Chesterp.....but I think it has all gone on long enough and asking the woman that was last seen with his child to marry him to get to the bottom of her disappearance DIDNT WORK. The charade is not working for me anymore and he needs to stand by Haleigh now and stop standing beside this proven liar. All this is just making him appear guilty to me and if he is innocent why isn't he standing by Haleigh? Why is he supporting a liar?

Good question, why is he doing that? From what I understand, it was TN that contacted TM to come and search again yet since the test results, now the family says they will not have anything to do with Equusearch again? What? TN needs to stop being so naive and stop listening to what her son believes. She needs to go by HER gut feelings and work with the powers that be to get to the bottom of what really happened that night. IMO, when MC looks to RC when asked a question in an interview before she gives an "I don't know" answer, there's something she's asking him without the words "What do you want me to say"? When she wears a white dress on her wedding day and a smile on her face as she marries the father of the child that has gone missing within weeks of her disappearance shows me she has no conscience of what has happened here. The tears were for herself, not Haleigh. As I say, just my opinion only. I'm not as easily convinced as some are that the guilt lies with just MC. If it were one of my grandaughters, I would be relentless until I found out what happened and would not stop until I found her and God bless the quilty party because it wouldn't be pretty. Son, daughter in law, whatever.

So now they are ticked at Tim Miller because Misty didn't pass the tests given to her. Now they don't want to have anything to do with him and his team. I haven't heard that Ron or his family have said that and the TH's didn't know either last I heard But.....If Ron and his wife and his family don't want anything to do with Tim Miller and Co then that screams a loud message to me! Do they want Haleigh found or not?????? Are they going to kick Tim and Co. aside just because Misty is upset with Tim for her failure to pass the tests. It wasn't Tim who lied.

This family either want Haleigh to be found or they don't. Tim Miller and Co. are the best. If Tim and Co. leave because of the behavior of the Cummings family then that just tells me maybe they don't want Haleigh found all that bad. I hope Tim doesn't leave but stays and goes ahead and searches without their blessings. Do it for Haleigh....not her family. I am really getting fed up with these people and their behavior. They have a missing child for pity sake.

I haven't heard her or seen a presser with her but haven't been around at times lately. Did you notice that last night it was MC stating that her and RC would no longer work with TM/TES? I did. What about TN? Any word she wouldn't?

Is TN standing behind them? Whatever is going on tonight, I don't want to fathom it. Hope it's an answer, and not bogus.

Woah...slow down. We haven't heard from Ronald, GGS, or Teresa on the matter yet. We don't know their reaction. We only have Misty's attorney and Ronald's attorney saying that they said Tim did give her an ultimatum to take the tests or no search. We don't even know if that is factual information.

Tim said he is going to search. He was out searching this morning and I think will be back out tomorrow (it is sketchy on the timing from Steph's blog).

Evidently, Steph was working with Ronald a couple of days ago after the results came out because they went together to look for the rose Misty told them about in an area she wanted to have searched again. Looks like she will get her wish.

So what she said about she and Ronald no longer being willing to work with Tim may not be true at all. She said it, but it doesn't mean Ronald feels that way.

RC runs the show....always has....IMO...he is a bully and I am sure everyone, especially TN, is afraid of him. I don't think he would hesitate to put the barrel of a gun down anyone's throat.

If he were a man who was loving and caring, he would want his son with his mother for safety. I have concluded long ago the children's welfare was not why he sought custody and obviously will not be the reason he gives it up either.

Excellent question. I don't know. My guess is she is going to say it came to her in a dream or a psychic told her.

The Rose....Steph (?) posted an article that he and Ronald went to a special place in the woods to look for a rose. They were sent there by M. When they arrived they found a plastic rose laying under some brush. Location not identified

When asked “is there anything else you can remember, in particular, is there anywhere police should be looking”, she paused and said “there’s a place that needs to be searched again.” She then gave us specific directions and said “look in the forest for a single red rose”. Ronald drove us to the location she described and when we entered into the woods as directed we found a red plastic rose, covered lightly with brush. It was an eerie moment and we quickly retreated with the intention of going directly to law enforcement, which we did. We returned later with law enforcement and without Ronald Cummings. Investigators bagged the rose and decided the area was worth being searched. The intense, detailed search with law enforcement and Texas equusearch is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I have been asked not to disclose the location, because IF this tip is actually credible, no one will attempt to tamper with the evidence.

Seems to me that if RC was there and they found a single red rose as MC said there would be, he would have been on his knees, digging with this hands to find his baby.

Yes. Steph Watts is Greta's Producer. He is the most credible journalist we have had on the case recently, imo. He is working with MN and TM...or at least it is my understanding. He videotaped both days of Misty's tests and has started writing blogs on what is happening on the case.

RC has chosen to have Misty stay (as always) rather than care about the welfare of his children.

At this point in time that house more than any other has to be doing cartwheels of anger to say the least.....yet Rj has to stay...I call it selfish and non-caring.

I agree with you, SS. So far, there haven't seemed to be any simplistic factual errors (early reports, Jr was a cousin, was 2, Misty was a cousin babysitting, Haleigh was a boy, etc etc etc), have been few grammatical errors (a biggie for me in reporting; should be first instinct to spell check, people of the media!!!), and as yet, no retractions on bad information (bald guy).

All in all, straightforward, concise, not filled with hyperbole, and all around respectful.
