I am worried they are gonna lose the chance of finding Haleigh by alienating the person who may hold the answers that will lead to finding out who took Haleigh.

how would that be any different than they've gotten from her for the last 6 months? I tend to agree, it's just a different tactic. What's to lose at this point?

I understand what you mean Busylady, I do, it's just that you have more trust in MC than I do.

MC is gaining more and more confidence and courage in her mistruths as this goes on so I doubt, given that she has not revealed anything these past 6 months that she is going to say anything anytime soon if ever. She even had the confidence to do a presser and throw down the gauntlet to challenge TM in a face off, he said/she said. This is make or break time.

I don't know if it is trust, I have very mixed emotions right now about Misty. I do think she holds some key information, but I don't think it is as complex as people are trying to make it that she is some part of some big master coverup. I think Misty could of done something that presented an opportunity for Haleigh to be taken, and she is afraid to tell what that is for fear of losing everything. I am almost to the point I think Misty feels like telling will not bring Haleigh back, but if she tells she will no longer have a family because they will all turn on her and she wont have her brothers to fall back on as I think they are part of the involvement. I think Misty has lived a life of blocking out things in order to survive and this is no different.

So, if true, then RC is playing into that by seeming to support her and to reinforce that she is doing the right thing by keeping silent. By confronting that she is going to lose-lose either way can she tell the truth. Too many people choose not to confront, if the A's had confronted KC very early in her development and held her accountable then Caylee would be with us.

If Misty has any answers, and runs, or harms herself, any possibility of her having answers will go with her.

Yup. I'm sure she gained some of that confidence in chosing to clam up and not talk to police when her husband did the same.

If Ron wanted Misty to spill her guts, he sure had a whacked way of showing it.

And if Ron was innocent and well-meaning super-undercoverdude, and didn't want Tim Miller to tell his secret, then ya think maybe Ron should have made that clear to Tim?

And ya think maybe Ron and the lawyers mighta realized they shouldn't go along with challenging and trashing Tim?

And here we go...round & around we go in this case, it always someone (anyone) besides Ron. Someon please give me ONE good (rational) argument that Ron couldn't be involved in someway????

I don't see anything that points me in Ron's direction. If people believe she is alive and hidden, I don't see any motive for Ron to do that. If people think she is deceased, I believe he adores his daughter and would never harm her. I also believe he was at work.

He was working. How can he be in two places at one time? It IS a good and rational argument no matter how many people do not want to accept it.

I thought Marie had all the answers...:waitasec:

You surely do keep me confused, Flossie!

As stated before, RC talks out of both sides of his mouth...nothing new here

That part confused me because TM says he has a voice mail from RC father in law saying RC said if he had 35,000 he could get Haleigh back - it doesnt sound like RC said this to TM. So Hank C called TM and told him this?

Audio of Tim saying Ron claims that if he had $35,000 he could get Haileigh back.
