I am actually a little confused and sad today because I have made post after post in support of Haleigh's mother and it turns out she might not be the person that I had envisioned. I sincerely hope that she had nothing to do with Haleigh going missing but in all honesty I find it highly suspect that she wanted help lowering her child support payments a month after Haleigh went missing.

I must say, something can be said of a father that refuses to engage in the character assassination of his child's mother while she is missing. I imagine that if KP thought Crystal was addicted to drugs after being near her for the short time that she was, Ronald must have some concerns of his own but we never heard one word about it. At least I didn't.

So now if I got this right, you are suspicious of Crystal. It sounds like you are disappointed in yourself for almost supporting her but not quite, correct?

And you also think it is suspicious of her because she wants support lowered? WELL, why wouldn't she want support lowered? Haleigh is gone. RC doesn't work. Why doesn't he work? I read no suspicions and sadness emitting from you concerning the fact that the father does not even work to support his children, Yet, you are sad and suspicious that CS wants her support lowered....??

I think it is 100% false that the Cummings family has not been forthcoming. How is that even possible? He has been investigated by DCF, the FBI, FDLE, PCSO. Haleigh was in his home when she was taken. House and hours of interviews, LDT's, I mean, how can you say that RC has not been forthcoming with investigators? Misty failed lie detector tests and she still took more because she didn't want anyone to think she wasn't trying to help Haleigh

I think this information is truly grounds for Marie and Marty and the whole bunch to be asked again to complete a lie detector test. LDT...not voice stress. I hope they ask them.

Yes you understand me correctly. When someone can prove to me that Ronald Cummings is not receiving income from unemployment or anything else( I don't care if he is selling his belongings) then I will be suspicious of him. Haleigh is not home. perhaps Ronald doesn't want to leave RJ, I can't say I blame him really.

Yes I am sad that Crystal wanted her support lowered 1 month after Haleigh went missing. If she had been paying her support all along and contributing to the livelihood of her children then I wouldn't be so suspicious, but if you recall a month after Haleigh went missing there was still the pesky back support issue. Those two things combined are suspicious in my opinion. I am also SAD that the Bar Association found that Crystal lied about being notified for the custody hearing.

Debs, if your child was missing and a lawyer came to you and said "hey, we need to get to court and get the support payments that you are currently not paying, lowered" What would you do?

I would say goodbye, you are not the right attorney for me. Honestly come on now.

About the alleged "new person" in RC's life, I will wait for a factual confirmed report to come out because I do not want to give my opinion of something that is not confirmed as fact. Personally though I can tell you that if he is dating a exotic dancer, I am not comforted by that thought nor am I supportive of that, however, until there is a confirmed report of it I will wait to say more.

I think you are making an awful lot of assumptions about Ron and how much time he spends with his son.

For one thing, we don't KNOW that he even has a new girlfriend. Art doesn't name his "source", so that is hardly something that is "gospel", IMO.

Second, even if Ron does have a girlfriend, how does that mean he doesn't spend time with his son? Ron would hardly be the only single parent in the world to date. I don't think it's fair at all to imply that none of those parents spend quality time with their children.

Those that disagree with you or chose to investigate a different person or time window care every bit as much about that child as you do.

I know what Crystal did debs. KP offered her services and are you suggesting that it was upon the advice of KP to get the support payments lowered 1 month after Haleigh went missing? When she wasn't paying support to begin with? I don't believe that for a second.

In light of the support allegations, I think the producing of the abuse allegations makes much more sense though. Considering that someone in the Sheffield family took the pictures long ago after the playground incident. Everything certainly is developing an ebb and flo. Why not offer up the pictures when they were taken if someone was concerned about Haleigh and RJ being abused? Honestly, if someone took those pictures because they thought Ronald hit Haleigh then why didn't they call the police right then!! Never mind DCF. Hitting a child is assault.

Wonderful to know that you think that I am insincere. If I was concerned about what people thought of me and my ideas I wouldn't post. I can assure you that I absolutely do not think I am better than anyone else on this forum and if I was here to further raise up myself I sure am a glutton for punishment because not many agree with anything that I say. Exactly what was Ronald's purpose in taking pictures of the same injuries, then? If my child came home with bruises all over hell, you bet your bippy I'd be taking pictures. I'd be asking all sorts of questions. I am sure it made Ronald and Teresa very uncomfortable to have to answer those questions, too. I would surmise it was for those reasons that they documented the bruises themselves.
