I don't know if the Croslins were involved with Haleigh disappearance that night, I do think Misty told them what happened. Remember the Croslins were having a night of there own, the car accident, dad in the hospital, so they may be guilty of obstructing justice not telling what they know.

The thing that bothers me the most about the Croslins is, Tommy placing himself at the home that night. And the fact that he never told this before he was in police custody. Along with his rapid downward spiral, I do believe he could be involved. I don't like to think this way, because to me that means Haleigh is dead and I very much would like for her to be alive.

Well HankSr was away from the home and I am still wondering when Lisa got back there. Didn't she go see her husband that day? In the back of my mind I am wondering if maybe Haleigh and Junior were over at the Croslin's that night being watched by someone else because Misty actually went to see her dad in the hospital with her mother and whoever drove her. I don't know, something isn't right with the Croslin's, in my opinion. I believe they will have played a part somehow, cousin joe too.

OK...So how did that information put out on 2/11 that the door was unlocked evolve into the back door being locked and the work of a pick lock artist as stated on GVS on February 13th?

I took the statement about the door being unlocked as Misty stating that to LE as how she found it when she discovered Haleigh missing (as she did on the 911 call) and that is the way they found the door-unlocked. She was not saying how it was when she went to bed. It's more clear if you go the the article LFlorida linked and read the paragraph before the one she put in her post.

I thought she found the door wide open propped by a cinder block.
That doesn't just say "unlocked" to me.

Yes elle, in Chelsea's interview with AH, Chelsea said she drove Lisa to the hospital in Gainesville Monday and Lisa stayed overnight with her husband. According to Chelsea, neither Lisa or Hank Sr were at Tommy's.

Great that narrows it down to Lindsey and Tommy at the Tyler address. So that still doesn't rule out a phone call or a hasten visit by foot to the Tyler address. Some one other than Tommy gave a tip Misty wasn't home that night. So did a neighbor who doesn't want acknowledged, see Misty go over there on foot?

So think about this for a minute. LE releases a statement in Aug, that a tip comes in that Misty wasn't home that night. Now that was to get Misty to fess up. They thought if she reads that, and knows she was seen out that night, or someone she told came forward; she would say, "ya, I wasn't home". But instead, Tommy is squeezed and backs up the tipsters statement. So who is the tipster? Not Tommy, so is it Lindsey? A neighbor? So was the rat for both of them?

There was a statement, about Misty calling her mother before 911 and one about her calling her brother before 911. I also remember her phone being turned on at 3:10 but I could be wrong. So she also lived a short walk to her mom's. Mom and her brother lived together at Tyler at the time. So if she called the Tyler address, or walked over there first returned and called to say I still can't find her, it could be both correct in saying she called her mother and her brother, depending on which way you want to look at it since they were at the same location... With that said, I am saying she called Tyler address, spoke to her mother at 3:10 to say she got up around 2am and found Haleigh gone. I say this because if Lisa made the non E call around that time, and told who ever she spoke to that; an officer would be dispatched to Tyler and he would be getting a statement from that house. There would be a report written up. Lisa may have quoted Misty to that officer. This could be why they know Misty is not tell the whole story. She may have been at Tyler at 2 am talking to her mom, and she may have gone back to the MH to look everywhere as Lisa suggested she do before she calls 911. I don't know, I only know that the radio transmission has that officer saying when she was last seen. That is fact.

BBM
Bern, I don't think Hank and Lisa lived with Tommy and Lindsy at that time.
They had their own place, so that would only be one call to Tyler.

Bern I'm still pondering the call to LE at 2:13 in the morning...Who do you think may have made that call to LE from over at Tyler? Also, seems to me IF Misty did call over there and tell someone she couldn't find Haleigh and someone on Tyler made a call into LE about the situation on Green Lane, seems they did not know that she was planning to tell LE she woke up at 3:00 something to go to the bathroom and Haleigh was gone..Sounds like whoever she spoke to was totally in the dark as to what was going on and she was lying to them too.. Thats my speculation...I'm even more convinced now that she was with some of Ron C's family that night and they dropped her off in the wee hours of the morning, perhaps to stage the scene...Members of his family left her and she was alone and needed to talk to someone.... Anyone want to add their take on what may have occurred? JMO

The tipster was Joe Pytko (sp?) who LE allegedly has a signed, sworn affadavit from stating there was a party Feb. 9, Haleigh od'd, WBG put her in the pond, yada, yada, yada. I think his story is bogus. Maybe Tommy just said she wasn't home so he could get out of jail. Who knows?

Sounds as reasonable as any other theory, I suppose. Question though. She wasn't alone if Jr. was there, right? Also, if the neighbor could help recreate the timeline of that night regarding the traffic in/out of the MH, that would help to figure who was where and when. Who may have left with Haleigh, etc.

The police report for the call on Tyler. Is there any way to get a copy of that?

IF Jr. was there with her when she was dropped off back at the MH, he may have been asleep especially by that time of the morning.. And since I highly suspect that Haleigh was never put to bed that evening, I don't believe anyone left the MH with her that night... I also suspect Haleigh may have been placed in that dumpster for a short period of time until she could be moved to another place....JMO

Now I'm wondering IF Jr. could have been with the Croslins that night and Misty picked him up when she returned to the MH...

Not that I know of.. To my knowledge it has never been released if there is one...JMO..

If he that just said to get out of jail, he is dumber than I thought. He places himself at the home, on the night Haleigh disappeared w/i the time frame LE is looking at. Not good. I think Joe P. on the other hand may have made up his story about the party, etc., etc., trying to cut a deal on his charges. moo.

Food for thought!

Here's on for you all to consume. FL just posted a link and upon reading it I found an interesting tidbit. RC, the self-declared loner who doesn't want the media in his face, allowed "The Today Show" to film his wedding and reception. He flew to NY the day after, claiming on tv his personal life is nobody's business.....

.............I have said from day one, repeatedly, that this guy speaks out of both sides of his mouth. He has done this continually throughout the entire case. You cannot believe anything this guy says.

...............not to mention the money he received for video rights.........ugh!....and grrrrrrrrrr

I am thinking LC didn't realize it was a true emergency yet. If Misty walked over there and told them (she had no car and phone shut off because she didn't want that on record) she may have not been showing panic more like concern. Lisa may have told her to go back and check closets, or under beds see if she is outside (sleepwalking), then call me. Once she does, she tells LC I can't find her, instead of calling 911, she tries Ron's cell and he doesn't answer. He pulls in the driveway and she is standing there waiting for him.

The only question I would have is would Misty leave the motorhome to walk to her mom's place and leave Butterbean alone? Especially when she's facing the circumstance of one child already missing? Or, would she awake Butterbean and take him along to her mom's?
I always have to remind myself that whatever we suppose happened, we have to account for Jr.'s presence at the motorhome. just me thinking

I believe the early tipster about Misty not being home came from a girl that approached TM at a bar and told him that Misty was at a party that night. She took TM to a house that they were all at supposedly but when police questioned her she couldnt remember if it was that Monday night or another night earlier in the week.

I believe the TM interviews are at TJ Harts site or AH site.

Bern, I was just watching video from Day 4 and 5 of the original search [press conferences] and the reporters were already asking about where the tip re: Misty not being home came from. [jacksonville.com, videos by Bob Self. I viewed them via the article about bloggers covering the case.]

btw - I'm not sure if this is relevant to your post, so I apologize if I'm jumping in mid-stream here. Just on my mind since I had just watched them earlier today.
