I find it so ODD....this simple task earlier in the day is such a mystery and EVERYONE is covering up something.

I have to say, there are a few things that i can't get past when it comes to Ron and Misty. But since this is Ron's thread, i will stay on subject.

About the gun fight.

Misty and Teresa says it happened. Ron denies it.... Why? I can't for the life of me figure that out. Misty even goes into detail about it on one of the tests that were video taped. about how Ron told her where to find it. That is another thing that strikes me as strange. How in the world would Ron know where to find the stolen gun? Did Joe or Tommy tell Ron where to locate the gun? If so, then what in the world was the point in stealing it?

I just don't understand..... and i agree that the lies began when HaLeigh got off that bus.

hey don't find her. The Cummings family INSIST she is alive. A decent man would let CS off the hook. Decent does not compute in his picture though.

Just to play devil's advocate here regarding CS.

RC and CS still have a child together that is in RC's custody. CS is still responsible for CS untill both of her children are 18, she gets custody, or they go to court to have CS reduced or dropped.

CS is mostly paid up. It is unlikely that Haleigh will be found anytime soon if ever. I do not disagree that CS should go to court to ask to have Haleigh's portion of CS "suspended" until she is found. This is only logical and DOESN'T HAVE A SINGLE THING TO DO WITH CS's GUILT OR INNOCENCE.She will still have to pay CS for Junior. When/if Haleigh is found alive then CS can resume payments, but until then RC can't just make the decision to 'let her off the hook' it HAS to be done through the court or CS will still be liable to pay the arrears that accreued during Haleigh's missing months.

I understand where some would look at CS trying to reduce her support obligation as making her guilty, but it is a very logical thing to do. Something I think she should be allowed to do. Legally.

I'm wondering if certain someone or someone's have anything to do with taking Ron's 4 wheeler. He has a gun stolen, then his daughter, now his 4 wheeler. I posted last night that I was amazed that Misty has taken the split up without any problems, so I'm wondering if someone in her family is getting revenge since a few are known to have stolen before. Not saying that Misty has stolen...but there were mindgames played on Ron.

RC says he picked up Haleigh
TN says rc picked up Haleigh (of course) but she wasn't there.
Misty said rc picked up Haleigh.

Jerry S. gave statement and video that Misty picked up Haleigh
...so did his wife.

Who really picked up Haleigh and why lie? What is in it for San...s to lie?

NOW...Houston we have a problem....

COULD Misty have been in the car as a passenger with RC driving?

IMO, i feel that when there is a child missing, that the state with jurisdiction should suspend the child support automatically. Of course there would have to be laws like the child has to be missing X amount of time. but this is all JMO

Misty was not able to coexist peacefully with Ron. According to TN, Chelsea, and Tommy, Misty left Ronald and went home quitee often so I don't think misty had an ounce of loyalty to Ronald and she wouldn't go out of her way to protect him and his possessions. I think she would trash everything Ron gave her meaning his daughter.

Granted the relationship was/is as dysfunctional as HELL-O, but IMHO Ron C hasn't shown any loyalty to Misty either....Considering she has been covering for him for almost 10 months now, I would say she has been quite loyal to him... Thus far I haven't seen her attempt to throw him under the bus like he and his family have attempted to do to her..May I ask who you believe Ron C is capable of coexisting with peacefully? JMO

In Ron and Misty's interview with Greta, Ron said the deadbolt on the back door was always locked and very difficult to open. I wish Gretta had placed the spotlight on Misty and asked if she could open the deadbolt rather than accept Misty's truth that someone picked the lock. Greta only asked Misty if she ever used the back door.

bern, I believe a responsible parent would want to know where and who their children are with at all times. I don’t see the Cummings-Croslin children being their parents top priority.

Yes I agree with you. If Ronald received $12,000 from an anonymous donor to pay CS child support arrears while married to Misty, I don’t think Ron “owns” this money and it should be regarded as an 'asset' they both are entitled to by marriage. IMO Misty is entitled to ½ of this lump sum when Ronald asked for a divorce.

Yes, but Misty said during a VA test she was at home watching Junior who took another nap and there are no witnesses saying Misty and Ron were together at the bus stop.

I meant with the PEOPLE! Do they not have a conscience or an once of mercy for this family. Can't they see what it is doing to them each and every single day not knowing where she is?????? Sorry, I'm sad because I was thinking Haleigh should be writing her Santa letter and dreaming of Christmas and I am just mad today.

I would have to check the laws, but CS payments aren't regarded in that way since the parent receiving the payment (no matter how big) doesn't have to declare that as income on their taxes. Misty has no rights to any child support money paid through the courts.
...now if that $12K had been a GIFT directly to him instead of to Crystal and getting her CS payments up to date hrough the courts, then Misty could have tried to claim part of it as income, but I'm not even sure there because they weren't married for that long.

JMO Misty would not be entitled to any of the outstanding child support money, it had nothing to do with her.

Does someone have Teresa's exact words about the gun? I don't recall it being a fight, but rather a stolen gun, iirc

Any thing you owned before the marriage is yours, you don't have to split it. The law is designed so people don't marry to just take what you have and then divorce you a month later. Only profits gained while married are to be split. Like an IRA, any profits from the sell of a house, but only the profit gained while you were married. Inheritance does not have to be split. It is a gift from you deceased parents. I don't think he owned her the child support money because it was accrued before the marriage and it was not income for him, it was support for Haleigh. But IDK for sure.
