The woman said the back door to the home was not locked at the time. Police found the door to the trailer unlocked when they arrived, but no sign of forced entry, according to Donovan." (Special Agent Steve Donaway of the Florida Dept of Law Enforcement told an afternoon news conference.)

Just FYI.

OK...So how did that information put out on 2/11 that the door was unlocked evolve into the back door being locked and the work of a pick lock artist as stated on GVS on February 13th?

Bern, that's the best explanation yet!

After 10 months things get forgotten or lost in the threads. We can't dismiss some of the things we hear but can't explain. I think the case is pulling together. LE said they have most of the pieces, just looking for that last one to fit. I don't have a link, it is a quote from someone on a show.

Do we have any threads that hold info on what the young couple with the baby (neighbors) said about traffic at the house THAT night? Can you point me in the right direction?

Could be somewhere in the PL..
I know it was discussed by Cobra on a talk radio show....If I'm not mistaken it was back in June around the time he was mentioning that there would be firworks in Putnam County before July 4th which never happened in my opinion...JMO

I remember well, early on, discussing the Tyler call and being shouted down for even suggesting that there was a call to Tyler the same night. I am sure it will be shouted down again, but it won't change my opinion that there was a call from Tyler regarding Haleigh, well before the 911 call from the Green Lane address.

If Misty made the call, whose phone did she use since it has been stated that her phone was turned off from 8:30 pm that night until 3:15 am...JMO

ooo..........good question. Now I guess we have to figure out who from Tyler was down at Green.

.........or whether someone else called Tyler......like, oh I don't know..Ron.

I'm thinking she may have had one of those throw away phones... I have to ponder this scenario..JMO

I found this tape back in Oct, and have mentioned that Greenwood stated TN was at the MH in this video before. He also says the call came in at 2:13 or shorty after 2:am. So if he is correct and not confused; Misty called her mom to tell her Haleigh was missing and that is why the radio transmission talks about Tyler and Haleigh being seen 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago. Lisa may have call the non emergency number and misspoke about when Haleigh was last seen, because Misty called her and said "hey, she not here what do I do?" Misty's call to Lisa may have been at 2:13 or around that time. So not thinking, she tells them she was there when Misty put her to bed, she got up, to pee and when she came back she was gone. That was the first version Misty gave. So the cop makes that statement, last seen 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago according to that non emergency call. The non E call could have been made closer to when Ron came home, but the cop is getting a statement from Lisa or Tommy. This would make sense because of the woman yelling.... I think she was scared to call the police and she waited until Ron got home. Since the non E call is not on tape and nothing is being released because no arrest has been made, we don't get to know about that call. The statement in the paper said, that evidence outside the MH contradicts Misty's statement. Is this the evidence? Lisa called the Non E line and they know Misty is lying about the time frame? This would explain why Lisa said she thinks Misty knows something, and why the pressure is on the Croslins.

I have been investigating the Tyler St call for months, but you know that.

ETA...I find it interesting when one poster says something it is out of the question and makes no sense whatsoever and then another poster says something along the same lines it all of a sudden makes sense.

The AC man was there that day checking out the AC/heating.

Perhaps he unlocked the door and never relocked it. Just because there were no signs of forced entry doesn't mean someone couldn't have entered the house through the front door and exited the back, Misty could have let someone in and then fell asleep.

ooooooooooo............another good point! I've always thought a trac phone was involved, but then I also believe there was a stash of drugs in that house that adios'd before LE showed up.

Good theory. Just wanted to add that here, even the non-emergency line is recorded. I don't know if this is the case in Fla. But maybe that's part of the inconsistencies that LE is speaking of about Misty. Maybe MC and LC don't know this line was recorded.

There was a statement, about Misty calling her mother before 911 and one about her calling her brother before 911. I also remember her phone being turned on at 3:10 but I could be wrong. So she also lived a short walk to her mom's. Mom and her brother lived together at Tyler at the time. So if she called the Tyler address, or walked over there first returned and called to say I still can't find her, it could be both correct in saying she called her mother and her brother, depending on which way you want to look at it since they were at the same location... With that said, I am saying she called Tyler address, spoke to her mother at 3:10 to say she got up around 2am and found Haleigh gone. I say this because if Lisa made the non E call around that time, and told who ever she spoke to that; an officer would be dispatched to Tyler and he would be getting a statement from that house. There would be a report written up. Lisa may have quoted Misty to that officer. This could be why they know Misty is not tell the whole story. She may have been at Tyler at 2 am talking to her mom, and she may have gone back to the MH to look everywhere as Lisa suggested she do before she calls 911. I don't know, I only know that the radio transmission has that officer saying when she was last seen. That is fact.

I think you answered the question with your question. jmo.

I wonder why 911 is allowed to be released but we can't find out about that call to Tyler? If an officer went there, there is a written report of who he spoke with, and what the call was about.

Elle,

We both discussed this until we were blue in the fingers from typing. I think at the time the Croslins were under the radar because people were sleuthing CS and Co. Now the Croslins are on the radar big time, and things are starting to piece together.

Agreed. Maybe this is part of the "evidence" they have that has not been released?

I noticed that the Gainesville-Sun Timeline states that the 911 call was redacted. Do we even know if we have the full 911 call? thia

I am thinking LC didn't realize it was a true emergency yet. If Misty walked over there and told them (she had no car and phone shut off because she didn't want that on record) she may have not been showing panic more like concern. Lisa may have told her to go back and check closets, or under beds see if she is outside (sleepwalking), then call me. Once she does, she tells LC I can't find her, instead of calling 911, she tries Ron's cell and he doesn't answer. He pulls in the driveway and she is standing there waiting for him.

lol...you got that right...

The Croslin's have never been out of my radar, It's has just gotten worse and worse over the past few months. I hope that we see more action soon, I am unsure still about certain things but I have never stopped being suspicious of the Croslins.

Another person I am interested in is that man that Cobra arrested( falsely or in falsely) something not right about him.

I don't know if the Croslins were involved with Haleigh disappearance that night, I do think Misty told them what happened. Remember the Croslins were having a night of there own, the car accident, dad in the hospital, so they may be guilty of obstructing justice not telling what they know.
