Thank you for bringing this up, it also goes with the door statement. How could the back door be wide open but not propped open? Both doors shut automatically.
Now if you re-watch the Today show interview (http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/261848...74806#29674806 ) chain of events to waking up, seeing light on, door open grabs her phone to call RC and THEN notices Haleigh is missing . In the interview RC even interjects that at that time he was already in the driveway.

Ron also said in this interview that "They" realized she was missing.

MADJGNLAW, Since there hasn't been a peep out of LE and the clocks still ticking...tick...tock...tick...tock...as far as I'm concerned, (holding onto hope that Haleigh's still alive somewhere!) I'm going back over every interview that Ron and Misty ever gave - any words that were spoken from their own mouths and captured on video - less any and all newspaper/media accounts or interpretations. According to the interviews on Art Harris and The Today Show:

1. Misty woke up at 3:00
2. Went to use bathroom
3. Noticed kitchen light was on
4. Walked to the kitchen
5. Noticed the back door was open
6. Ran back to her bedroom to her cell phone to call Ronald
7. Noticed Haleigh was gone
8. Ronald was just pulling up in the driveway

This version places Ronald in the driveway at seconds past 3:00.

I am so confused. I have been trying to follow this case and the KC Anthony case and my mind is fried. When I heard that Misty just so happened to wake up at 3a I had a flashback.

When my husband (then boyfriend-babydaddy) worked 3rd shift, he worked from 4p-4a 12hr shifts. If I went to bed after a long hard day, I would not see him until I woke up the next morning to get our son off to school. But when I was "cheating" on him, I would do my cheating while he was at work and I would set my alarm on my cell phone to wake up about 3a just so I could make sure no evidence was left in the house (from another man). It might just be me but for her to have automatically gotten up when he was getting off work I thought of my cheating days I don't know why. I wonder if she was pulling one of my moves and set her alarm to get up at 3?

I have never listened to that. But in the transmission they said Haleigh was last seen an hour to an hour and a half ago. Wonder where they got that from?

I can't help but to wonder if this is all for publicity and money on RC's part. He lives in Florida, right? We just went through the KC Anthony case, could he be doing this for the money? I mean he saw what happened to KC, maybe he and Misty tried to perfect the kidnapping thing. He saw all these people making money off of Caylee even before she was found, could he be trying the same thing with interviews, exclusives, etc? Maybe this was their way of getting rich and Haleigh is actually ok but hidden somewhere. I wouldn't be suprised if the grandparents are in on it. JMO

That could be it too. During my cheating nights sometimes I didn't get in until 3 or 3:30 just because I knew he was getting off work at 4. Of course during those times my son was not at home with me.

Does it drive anyone else crazy that they are always saying daughter instead of her name? Maybe it is just something they do in Florida. We use the kids' names when referring to them. Who says to someone they are living with "your daughter is missing"? Wouldn't you say "Haleigh is missing"? Now if someone is mad at the child I have heard people say "your daughter/son did such and such". I don't know it just bothers me and sounds wrong somehow.

I saw that earlier today,at first I wasn't understanding why they said tyler st,for Lindsy's address.But I played it over and caught a little later after that,an officer asked if any family in area and dispatcher said that had already been done.So,I think when the dispatcher was talking to a number of officers at one time and giving codes,it was for family in area,in case child had wandered over there or could just be at a family member's house.I am wondering about the child last seen hour and a half before was just in the confusion,because that's not what was in 911 call.But,when a child is missing things can be miscommunicated,we shall see,though.

And Haleigh is a witness and can tell a story of what happened.......Haleigh would be a liability to who ever would of had-has her.

He doesn't believe that Jr saw the black man in black, he doesn't believe that the person he had an arguement with took her, (he denies even having an arguement), he doesn't think it had anything to do with the cousin (he denies that the cousin was at the house), he doesn't believe that Misty had anything to do with it. So what happened? He seems to always have some attitude that he knows best, so what happened. Whenever people suggest these things he gets attitude and denies them like he knows something we don't. If he was "at work" he doesn't know what happened, so why is he so quick to shoot everything down? I don't get it.

I don't get it either unless all the unsavory things always going on and questionable acquaintances is so normal in his life that it's not even questioned when something horrible happens.

That has always bothered me too. I could be wrong, but I don't think it's a Florida regional thing.

I thought from the start this was a "crime for profit", the wedding wasnt part of the plan JMO!
