Well, there is no confusion on WHO is muddling the waters in this investigation:

1..On Feb 11th, RC says "Misty was in bed with the JR and Haleigh.
2..On Feb 13th, RC says, Misty slept in bed with JR. Haleigh slept on a mattress nearby..
3..ON March 16th, when questioned by NG about the two opposing stories, RC says, IIRC " To be (perfectly?) honest, Ms Nancy, I really have no idea on how people got confused."

The above facts posted are clear as a bell with links and videos to hear RC say this in his own words. No wonder his lawyers didn't want him talking.

...I am struggling with the part, "To be (perfectly?) honest"....you should too.

I still have to wonder why Ron doesn't push Misty to clear up any problems LE is having with her statements ? Apparently he must not think she needs to. I just find this odd.

At the present moment I'm going to say none of them.

First we don't know how many guns Ron C had.
He admits to LE he has a 9 millimeter beretta inside the MH.
Another gun of his is supposedly found in the ditch. (anyone know what kind of gun that was)

For certain, I have thought that perhaps a gun may be involved in someway...
Then again all those contradictions about a gun and a fight may be False Flags thrown out with the intent to totally confuse (keep us running in circles) in order to keep us off the right path.

I need to ponder this for awhile but right about now I believe we may have all been duped.

Also, didn't TN or GGma say that cousin said something like "I'm going to get back at him" after their fight over the gun?

There have been several inconsistencies that don't make any sense. People get snappy at MC because of her inconsistencies, but it seems its RC changing the original stories. Certainly doesn't help in finding Haleigh.

Misty's parents also said there was a conflict:

The Croslins say about two weeks before Haleigh disappeared, Joe and Haleigh's dad, Ronald Cummings, had an issue over a gun. "He stole Ronald's gun. One morning, on the porch, said, Ronald will get what's coming to him. It was dropped, he left and Haleigh was gone," says Lisa Croslin.

IMO, a lot of Misty's statements are Ron's statements. He changed Misty's story about the sleeping arrangements. Maybe Ron did not know that TN, Misty and the rest of the Croslins were going to come out with the cousin stealing the gun story. They all should really get their stories straight if they are going to speak in public that way...............but, wait, I think they just decided NOT to speak in public again since they couldn't get their stories straight.........:crazy:

I could swear that I saw a video last night while on this web site that stated that the gun scenario happened two days prior to Haleigh disappearing and that the cousin left the same day that Haleigh became missing. I will try to find it, I looked at so many of them last night........

LOL Yep, like Hank Croslin saying Ron supplied him with drugs and he ended up in the ER as a result. Then all of a sudden, Ron's attorney posts a "press release" that Hank had recanted. What's up with that ?

This office is in possession of an affidavit signed by Hank Croslin that states:

1. That his hospitalization from April 18, 2009 to April 29, 2009 was due solely to a misuse of prescription medication that Mr. Croslin obtained on his own.

2. That Mr. Croslin was not provided any drugs, pills or medications by Ronald Cummings.

3. That any statements made by Mr. Croslin that were reported to the police were done while he was under the influence of prescription medications and are false and Mr. Croslin disavows any such statements, as well as any statements that he was in anyway in fear of Ronald Cummings.

Ron's attorney's Press Release dated March 30, 2009:


"Ron Cummings takes prescription medication for accidental injuries, but denies a drug problem."

This was approx. one month prior to Hank Croslin's claim that Ron provided the drug to him, then recanted.

If you look at the last few pages, facts have been stated...not opinions. If you would like to comment on the facts posted about Ron and his statements, maybe that would lead to something that may help. Otherwise, people making statements "Like how is THAT going to find Haleigh" is out of place"

Personally, I don't think any of us are going to "find" Haleigh. I was under the impression the forum was designed to discuss the case and bring up facts about what we DO know. Occasionally commentary will happen...it softens the horror of what has happened and puts a smile on our face. It is good to see humor once in awhile.

Please respond with some of your thoughts and facts to what has been posted in the last few pages about Ron's inability to get his story straight. Perhaps a light bulb moment will occur.

Has nothing to do with "if they only knew what I know" - it is just my opinion that if people get the facts they have a better understanding of what did or did not happen before making a judgement call with regards to various situations. I don't feel like this has a thing to do with Haleigh missing so not going to spend alot of time or energy posting about it - of course does not mean that others may feel differently and want to talk about it. JMO
