OK, SS is right so for now that is a RUMOR Ron was seen at a convenience store at 2am.

But if Ron's alibi is tight, why hasn't he been cleared? There has to be a reason. I don't believe his alibi is air tight.

Now what exactly have the police said. They confirmed he was at work. That is way to general and IMO only a partial alibi. I know SS is right about the distance from Ron's home to work, as it is a ways on the map. There just has to be a little loop hole here that the police don't want out yet about Ron.

The only thing I can say is I bet there was a time when he left work and maybe a buddy covered for Ron's job while he was gone. A weak alibi at best is what I'm thinking. And that would only come into play if there was an accident with Haleigh and in a panic he had to dispose of her body.

I read all I can find time to read but just don't post very often.
I did question since Misty changes her stories so much, could it
be a she was gone, Raleigh went looking for her. It could have
been before dark & maybe she just walked that .8 miles by the RSO
& he somewho talked her into his trailer/house....Remember that
Jessica was in a trailer for several days.....even when LE said
they had checked his place out. What do you think?

It did sicken my heart thinking about the trailer scenario,I'm sure they've checked all the trailers,but it's still creepy.

What do you make of that. Of course she feels terrible about Haleigh being gone.

If our fellow poster is right and she thinks Misty put her hand over the phone during the 911 call, to me it says she and Ron had to have a quick word on what to say or not to say to the dispatcher. That is really muddying the water IMO and wish we could clear that up.

If there is a secret, do you think LE has been told the truth by now?

I belong to SM and they have some computer guru's over there. I wonder if anyone there has really taken a scientific listen to that 911 call It would only be an opinion, but maybe give us some idea of what was up with them when they made that call.

Oh, and I read here that Misty called her Dad before she called Ron who was at that time pulling in their driveway. Anyone else read that?

I will have to go listen to the whole call, I have only heard the clips on NG, but at what point is it they feel she put her hand over the phone? She may have been telling Ron to basically "chill out" so he didn't wind up getting himself arrested and/or so he would just give her the answers she needs (they were only together 5 months so she may not have known Haleigh's birthdate and he was unwilling to give it wanting them to get there ASAP)... or she could have been saying "shut up" so she could hear the dispatcher's questions.

It isn't about breaking one law... it is about a pattern, of disregard for the law. And it definitely isn't about withholding of "forgiveness." Yes by all means let's forgive... as we go about securing these children a safer, healthier more stable homelife. At least Junior, I pray it isn't too late for Haleigh. JMO

hey he is in alot of pain. he had surgery yesterday to put a rode in his leg and he still is in a neck brace for some reason. they said he will he in the hospital for 6-8 weeks. it's so sad all he does is scream in pain!he is gonna make it but he probably wont be able to walk the same.

Has LE said Ron was any less a POI than Crystal?

Puzzles are made of more than one piece, and he is without doubt one of them. We don't know who took her - to find that person, we can only put together the pieces we have.

LE has not said that Ronald, Misty, or Crystal have been cleared. I really wish LE would be more open about that because it is creating too much of a division here. JMO

I care about Haleigh being found and the safety of Ronald, Jr. Everyone else are adults and can fend for themselves.

LOL I can tell right now that when I read a little 'keeper' like that I'm going to have to make a note of where I read it. Several times today I wish I had known which thread or who said what I read here.

I do know I have only read it once and until tonight this is the only forum I have read on the case.

So it's back to keeping a little notebook which I will start tomoz. That is a hard one to search as dad is only 3 letters.

Hi, What I should have said is Misty called her Dad first, before she called Ron, and that when she called Ron he was almost in the driveway of the trailer.

I read that too about how sick he was in the hospital. Didn't we learn her dad was at the house when Misty walked up the steps on her going back home? The poster said he gave her a funny look?

But it could have been on his cell.

Maybe Tom's Girl will remember where that info came from as she is the Haleigh Mod, right, and reads everything she can here. xox

He did not look happy and I just went on Chelsea's myspace and Kayla,Joe's sister is no longer on her friendslist,which means Kayla probably took herself off.I'm sure the family is really ticked at Misty.
