I believe it could be about her missing so much school.
What item about the sheriff, SS? TIA
Sorry...was the Captain. Where is the link? People just started throwing it out a few minutes ago and I don't find a link where it came from.Originally Posted by winterrose

I think what the biomom is going by is past history with him, they only see each other to pick up the kids and drop them off.She said she's never been to the house, trailer. She needs to be quiet before she gets that child in a worse postion.I think this is why LE quickly threatened GR to leave,he did enough damage.
Crystal and her Mom were on Greta or NGrace and they both said they had not been in the trailer, but I don't pay much attention to Marie,so I dont watch videos of hers. That was what I heard early on by them,I can't keep up with it.

Excuse my street ignorance here -- but is an ... and what kids call a .... the same thing or different?
Thank you!! LOLThat is on live on HLN, speaking with the Captain whose name begins with an S. .......... I cannot spell it.
The Captain would not confirm or deny the question if Ronald was an informant. That was on live national TV about 15 minutes ago.
***Mike Galanos of HLN was asking the question.
Why didn't they just say Haleigh was at school instead of making it some HUGE mystery when she was at school?! They are not going to confirm either way ANYTHING.Do you think he would say he wasn't if he was not to get it out of the way, there's so much speculation. It would seem he would want to dispel it if it wasn't true.Especially, because if he was, then Jr might be in danger and LE would need to nip this in the bud before something else.
After what Indigo found, I don't see any reason to discuss it further...personally. I think it was a legal explanation of what happened and why his case was dropped.I wonder if we can discuss this now that it was put out there on national TV and the Captain responded the way he did?
JBean, can we discuss it? Thanks for any answer you may have.
Thank you!! LOL

I think if you read it carefully then compare it his case file...you will see it is on target. To nip this in the bud...AGAIN!:

Options to Resolve Drug Possession Cases
Pretrial Diversion
Pretrial Diversion is a diversionary program run by the State Attorney's Office and is usually reserved for first time, nonviolent offenders. The diversion program is similar to probation, in that once you are accepted into the program you must report once a month to a supervising officer, undergo random drug testing, complete community service hours, and refrain from being involved in any criminal activity. Additionally, Pretrial Diversion requires the permission of the victim of the crime you are accused of committing. Your charges will be dropped upon successful completion of Pretrial Diversion.

Successful Completion of Pretrial Diversion
"...These procedures should be followed when the defendant successfully completes pretrial
diversion and the state attorney subsequently drops the charge(s):
C
The Prosecutor Final Decision Date (page 78) should be changed to reflect the date the
paperwork is filed which dismisses the case;
C
The Final Action by the Prosecutor (page 79) should be changed to reflect code "O"
(nolle prosequi) or "L" (dropped/abandoned) depending upon the type of dismissal filed"
