Burglary under this statute is defined as entering a dwelling with the intent to commit an offense. No requirement to take anything. It becomes a more serious felony when you assault someone after entering.

HC hasn't been arrested.

We have seen how Ron talks to the police when they arrive.
I am sure he did himself no favors in the process and guaranteed his own arrest.

Ron has more arrest for "no reason" than anyone I have ever seen.

Ron can put the blame on others very well, but I imagine he will appreciate the help he gets here.

You can be sure he will NOT take responsibility and he had nothing to do with it. He was most likely at work when this happened.

The blog reporting these details say Hank is 40, that is dad not brother.
At this point I am waiting to hear details from another source.

I just don't see the police arresting a character in a high profile case "on a whim" and just pulling a charge out of their rear end.

Hope his defense doesn't hinge on Misty's recollection of events.
Rumor has it she is not a stellar witness. A bit forgetful and easily confused.

Well, if it's Hank junior, I wonder what has happened. If RC's is at his GM's, what happened that only RC was arrested? Not a good charge for a father at all. Wouldn't it be domestic violence if it was family? Not battery/assault?

The burglary is the one to worry about. That can carry some serious time.
Assault or battery has a very broad context...from a threat to bodily injury.
