lol....I went back and edited my post for you, I surely don't want to lead to misinformation being repeated.

No problem...lol....this is a case where we should probably start out with TWO threads, one for opinions and discussion, and one for facts only. It is often hard to refrain from inserting at least a bit of assumption or opinion into a post that is responding to what facts are available at this time.

YES this is very important to see if Misty is lying again.
I can see her sick of RC already, no fun, no partying, and his temper.
I thought she would want out sooner than this.
BUT who called who and when will tell the story and who hit Misty really?

I wholeheartedly wish they would review the phone records, but I sadly doubt they will. At the very least it would clarify who is lying.

I can't wrap my head around the comments that people are making. I have been pretty clear in regards to Ronald and Crystal, neither of them IN MY OPINION, are involved in the disappearance of Haleigh. I get on here this morning and I am just flabbergasted.

I don't understand how it is that Ronald is in jail and not one member of the Croslin Clan are behind bars with him. I understand that Ronald reached in the car or jumped in the car or whatever and that is why he was charged....but jiminy crickets 3 people entered the Sykes property without permission and would not leave? Misty herself stated she told them not to come, In Misty's statement she says she told them not to come and that they needed to go.

LOL, I can only imagine what my hubby would do if an uninvited guest arrived in the dark of the evening to pick a fight and wouldn't leave. This is all very sad indeed. But, the one thing that really speaks to me is how sad this all is for Haleigh.

All of it sounds like BS to me and based on what I have read in the police report, it sounds like all three of them should be in jail. I have never thought that Ronald was involved in Haleigh's disappearance but the same can't be said for the Croslin clan, IMO. I can't imagine being in Ronald's shoes and I'd imagine it would take very little prompting for me to "lose it" and the same could be said for most all of us. The best thing that needs to happen right now is that all of them be thrown into the jail and hopefully one of them will talk and the truth will finally come out about what has happened to beautiful little Haleigh.

The officer's observations will be very helpful in this case, she should be able to tell whether the injuries on Misty were recent (red and puffy) as opposed to an hour or more old (swollen, bruises beginning, bleeding stopped, etc.) at least I would hope this is a part of their training as LE officers.

As for the pictures.....they are probably considered evidence and most likely will not be available on a public website.

IMO the reason Misty's story doesn't match anyone elses is because Ron didn't have 4-8 hours to coach her this time

It doesn't surprise me that Misty's statement was different than everyone elses on the scene.

Based on past experience with Misty there will be 5 more versions of the events before this is over.

My post got pulled with the ones that referenced another blog, but I said earlier I hope Ron's entire defense doesn't rely soley on Misty's recollection of events. She hasn't shown herself to be a stellar witness thus far.

With Haleigh missing and more inconsistencies in stories, I would think LE would most definitely review phone records. They will tell the real truth.

None of them have any excuse for not maintaining some level of dignity for the sake of Haleigh. People who behave in a violent manner are obviously suspected when larger crimes occur. Look at pool lil Robert Manwill. Who do you think the cops are looking at closest?

It has been said by others that RC has a history of violence. I am not saying he is an abuser, I am just saying that it has been said. Now he has been arrested in a violent situation. If he is fact innocent of any wrongdoing where Haleigh is concerned, he just did Haleigh a huge disservice with this arrest.

He should have stayed in the home and called the police. That is how a responsible person would have handled it. Just MOO though. Not trying to ruffle any feathers.

Why in the world would it be important to know the Croslin's address in this situation? I was appalled that GGM Sykes address was not blacked out in the police report. I hope that it does not endanger her, or Misty or Jr. now, or that the neighborhood is not over-run by media trucks. That is not fair to any of them.

I thought the officers report(from last night) was pretty detailed, Is there some officers narrative from the night that Haleigh went missing? I sure would like to read those details. Did I miss it somewhere?

And neither does Misty getting in the middle of it. Nowhere in that report did her family say when they arrived she already had buises so OBVIOUSLY it's not so obvious IMO

Why am I not surprised? Ever look at this guy's arrest record? It's quite a read. I've never seen someone with so many charges and arrests (and sometimes without legal counsel) and not do prison time. Makes you say, "hmmmmmmmmmmmmm."
