I think it was a really bad interview for R and M. They both seemed so uncomfortable and out of place. M looked about 12 years old and again had a great deal of trouble with her story of what happened that night. When she couldn't explain her inconsistencies and looked at R for assistance, I had the feeling that he would have answered the question for her, but he forgot the script also. I don't know about these two. I am still very suspicious of both of them.

IMO, I think that Teresa Neves is the country model of Cindy Anthony. Yes, they love their granddaughter but they are not going to let that get in the way of protecting their own child. I think that she is calling the shots for what Ron does or doesn't do. She knows her son. She knows if the rumors about him are true or not true. She may deny to the public that the rumors are true but she can't lie to herself. I believe that she is looking down the road at possible legal charges and maybe she wasn't as familiar with the Florida law concerning spousal priviledge and assumed, as many people did, that if Misty was married to Ron that she could not testify against him. I am especially glad that a new investigator is now involved. I think that Neves involvement with local LE is not in the best interests of this case. Without her protection of Ron over the years, I would bet, IMO, that his criminal record would reflect much more than what is recorded for public record. Sometimes you have to give "some" credence to the locals who have been around this family for years
Thanks for this! This is exactly what I have been thinking about TN.

Very suspicious!

Glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that. Maybe he's particularly proud of working a steady job, or as you said, maybe his friends don't. The other thought is that Cr. doesn't contribute, i.e. back-pay due on child support, or possibly Misty is preg., and his family will be getting larger soon. ?

The #1 reason he won custody was because he had a job, so said the judge. My personal feelings are because he mom is LE though. yep jmo
I think it is also a personal hit to Crystal, but that's just my opinion.
I agree with other posters who say this marriage is to help retain custody of Rj, and I do believe they will shortly be going for Jordan, if he is Ron's child. jmo

THANKYOU for the UTube Link :)

Well...As suspected since day one, now everyone else is catching up and on to it :p :)
Ive said it was $$$ or Fame and that Haleigh is going to pop up soon enough...

I've always suspected Misty.

Now they are saying inconsistencies in Mistys story
Church said "union isnt right"
Neither of them said their vows looking at each other

Now there is a CERTAIN priviledge since being married

And misty has clammed up this week

Suprise Suprise NOT!!!!

ETA Is that a freaking door bell in the tape LOL

ETA2 OMG Mistys script of *what happend that night* is so automated - I washed her blanket I WASHED OUT BLANKETS I put her blanket on her ...............

Blah shes up to this to her eyballs in one way or another !

The only way I can frame it that makes any sense is they are heading down the "the police are going to pin this on me so they don't look bad path" and believe that being married will prevent them from having to testify against one another. Of course that is not accurate, but we have heard several talking heads claim it to be true so I am somewhat doubting either of them are very current on the state statutes.

Of course Ron's body language and the odd behavior of Misty's mother (joy about a marriage she has protested) can lead me down the Misty is pregnant road. Not to mention the speed and urgency with which this came down. If these two really planned to get married for months and couldn't because mom wouldn't sign the papers I would think Misty would identify herself as his fiance. This seems totally out of the blue to me.

On HLN an attorney stated if Misty is pregnant, Ron can still be charged with a second degree felony.

I was getting ready to post the door bell on the Today show.
I think it Ron's cell phone.

Omg Seriously what the..
Turn your phone off *sigh* but then again you would think that producers would say make sure your phones are off or on silent !

I think it is a clock in the home of the person who recorded the video. I've listened to the interview on another site and the door bell isn't in it.

It is PattyG's chime and not on the television, but is on the retaping of the show by Patty. It is NOT Ron's phone.

LOL, I love having PattyG & her little flip camera as a resource. Occasionally, if it's a heated suject, she'll make a sigh, or snicker too...love it :):blowkiss:

I would love to hear what a body language expert would say about them on the Today Show. Ron has no expression what-so-ever.....very monitone....doesn't look up...and Misty acts like she's afraid to answer anything....she stumbles on her words....and the two together didn't embrace or touch once that I noticed.

These two were made for each other....:twocents:

.Haleigh's shoes weren't taken,left in Ronald's room on floor,which I wonder if someone even went in Ronald's room[B/].IMO

This reminds me of something Ive thought about off and on and I dont think its been mentioned. The little mattress on the floor that Haleigh slept on..thats a crib mattress that will also fit a toddler bed and they are very lightweight. It could have easily been slid quietly out of that bedroom (or any other bedroom) EVEN WITH HALEIGH ASLEEP ON IT. I dont know-just something else to ponder....

Very good point. IF it was an abduction by an intruder that would have been the easiest way to get Haleigh out of the bedroom without waking her, Misty or Jr. He would have just pulled the mattress out with her on it and when he reached the back door or a room that was further away, he then would have lifted her up and carried her out. Using the mattress, would have made it much easier for him to maneuver her out without detection. You're right, it is something else to ponder. Hmm.

On the other hand, since I dont think this was a stranger abduction, its the type of mattress thats easily thrown around. Anyone could toss it in the floor there in the master bedroom and "say" thats where Haleigh was sleeping.

We're of the same mind on this. Could explain also Misty's "confusion" about where everyone was sleeping that night. Could it be that Haleigh never made it to bed that night?

Very true. Either Haleigh wasn't sleeping in the master bedroom or Misty wasn't home. There is no way someone could have taken Haleigh out of the room without Misty knowing it. I know I wake up if someone just steps into my bedroom while I am sleeping.
