Why throw timmy under the bus? Heck this family is just weird. Misty threw tommy under the bus about the burglary. I think she likes her family locked up with her....maybe tommy is the same.

No idea if it's true or not, but in one of the jail tapes (IIRC, Tommy was talking to Lindsy), Tommy did say that Timmy did take a poly - and failed.

Of course, that is Tommy talking, so who knows if anything that comes out if his mouth is true. If he said the sky was blue, I'd have to look up and double check, just to make sure. I have to wonder why he would say that about his brother knowing that not only are the calls being recorded, but also being released to the media - why throw his brother under the bus like that?

Sibling jealousy? It's interesting that we know so much less about Timmy and how well he seems to avoid attention. The little we have heard seems to be much more positive than what we hear about Tommy. Timmy has the image of the "good" brother, whereas Tommy is the one who is always in some kind of trouble.

Yet their father, Hank Sr, testified on Tommy's behalf that ""He's the one who we thought would make it". Did he really mean that the family had higher hopes for Tommy than Timmy? I thought this was a strange thing to say. I understand that he was trying to paint Tommy in the best light he could, but it made it sound like they didn't think that their other two kids would do very well. Funny thing to imply about the golden boy of the family. It almost makes me wonder if there are some darker things about Timmy that the family would rather nobody knows about.

Chelsea's behavior is very strange, she tries to make it seem like she cared so much for Haleigh, and that they were so close, yet they only knew each other for a short time. And then she went and got that tattoo? she seems very shady! This whole case is so sad, if only someone would actually come forward with the truth for Haleigh's sake

It's been said that Timmy was like a father figure to her, so it would make sense to me that if she needed help she would go to him first. Chelsea knows everything. She's covering for herself, her own husband, and Misty. Their easy bait was to throw it at Joe, the odd sheep out, the wimpy one, who likes pot instead of oxy, rolling into town that weekend and had to leave the next day. Misty is protecting Timmy because she loves him possibly the most, respects him the most, via father figure, etc. Ron likes Timmy the most. Timmy and Chelsea run away. Chelsea was caught in lies. Chelsea's tattoo. Timmy isn't talking (well, swearing) much at all.

I think Chelsea and Timmy are very shady characters. That's probably why Ron liked Timmy so much. He's a shady character too....Birds of a feather, flock together.

Yes.... I think LE already figured out the easiest way in the Croslin circle was NOT Chelsea and Timmy, as they are TIGHT. They aimed their arrows at the lesser ones, and funny... never much at Joe.

The other things, about Joe seeking Ron's gun and being pissed do not add up. You'd maybe raid Ron's drug stash in retaliation but not go to that extreme.

Sometimes it is the simplest things and, Misty having to babysit after a 3-day bender, desperately desperately needing sleep (as she admits) with HaLeigh acting out because of the recent escalating fight(s) between Ron and Misty so will not settle -- makes for a simple recipe for spite --- to lash out at HaLeigh and too violently.

It also plays well into why folks would want to help you cover-up as well as stay faithful .... sympathize ..... that you did not mean to kill HaLeigh, it was a terrible accident but one that cannot be called into LE. They would not understand and you'd be charged.

Once the others assisted in a cover-up then they are likewise implicated and vested to keep quiet. That is Chelsea's motivation to get out of dodge but also to keep the story off track to save Timmy (and Misty). She was helping Misty cook an alternative theory.

Hank was in the hospital after suffering severe injuries in an accident that occurred just days earlier. That was an additional stressor contributing to Misty's mood that night. Regardless of whether or not he was a wonderful parent, he is her father and they're a close family.

Other than some of the jail house tapes and then the call into NG show I have not heard Chelsea speak. But it was quite apparent to me when she called in on NG when Flo was on she was trying to snuff out the conversation.

I believe she and Timmy may well know what happened after the fact. I do not believe either one of them was involved in the actually crime. I bet they know where poor Haleigh was disposed.

And as always I still firmly believe RC was at work when Haleigh was killed and then disposed of. I do not believe he had anything to do with it except bad choices in childcare and lifestyle.

It was very strange to me too. The fact that Chelsea told GMF that it was near the Magnolia address and then LE search the area and this case becomes a homocide investigation....very strange. Im thinking Chelsea either..
1. Knows where Haleigh is because she was there when Haleigh was disposed of
2. knows where Haleigh is because either Misty or Timmy told her where Haleigh was disposed of
3. knows that Haleigh was hurt/killed somewhere else (not the Magnolia address) and was then moved near the Magnolia address to frame Jo.
4. She knows of an altercation that took place in that area the day Haleigh went missing, and just basically tried to connect the dots, assuming that something may have happened to her during that altercation near the Magnolia address.
5. She knows absolutely nothing and just guessing where Haleigh might be
(good guess, though).

I, too, believe she needs to questioned again and again and again. Chelsea is known for fighting Misty's battles, so IMO, she is a real drama queen. She called into NG to dispute the stories from GMF. Chelsea was trying to cut her off, and IIRC, started off by saying she only told GMF to check Highway 309. But listening to GMF giving the details of Haleigh location (go down 309 to Magnolia St, to 310 Magnolia start at the back and work their way down to the river), those are very detailed directions. Remember, LE searched the dock AND the surrounding area. The media only focused there attention on the dock search. I'm quite sure the surrounding area included the area near the Magnolia address too. Wouldn't it? It seemed very close. I wonder why Chelsea didn't want to admit that she gave GMF exact directions? Why deny it and say you only told GMF to them about Highway 309? IMO, Chelsea is very sneaky. She didn't want it known that she gave GMF those directions...why? I believe GMF on this one, the directions were too detailed, and she does not live in that area to be familiar with highways, street addresses, and the location of the river.
It makes me wonder if maybe Timmy or Misty confided in Chelsea and gave her those details, and she wasn't suppose to tell anyone, it was suppose to be kept between them. Was Chelsea secretly trying to help by giving those details to GMF knowing that she would tell the world? I don't know.

Not to mention, Teresa and Annette felt it necessary to search this same area before LE got there.....FOR HOURS. Coincidence?:waitasec: I don't think so. IMO, if Teresa and Annette knows, that means Ron knows, if Chelsea knows, that means that Timmy knows and if Timmy knows that means that Tommy knows and if all of them know....that means that Misty knows. Don't forget Misty was the one that wanted GMF to contact the Cummings and let them know about that particular search.

When Hank was released from the hospital, him and Lisa DID NOT go back to that address.
