Ron was asked on TV "is it a fact you like teenage girls"? Ron answered "Yes" He was 26 yrs old at the time.

It is on record, right there in black and white to read. She predicted if ron got custody, harm could come to the children. She wrote this and it was ignored.

That report upset me. I read it and had to get off the computer. Regardless of what went on before or since then, a mother's intuition was in overdrive that day and her fears were ignored. Gosh, I wouldn't even call it intuition. She knew the situation and told the judge what would happen. That report explains more than anything, why a cover-up was 'necessary'. MOO.

Those kids, by some kind of judge, were put into the worst possible situation. How could anybody, in a judges' eyes, look worse than Ron? Her record wasn't clean, but it was puny in comparison. If she was so bad, why does she have custody of her children now? makes no sense. Actually, I think Haleigh and Jr should have been taken away completely until one of the parents proved his/her fitness. This all makes me so mad. Haleigh could have been saved. MOO.

The worst thing that Crystal did was not take her kid to the Doctor. She did not have a license and was scared to drive with Annette. Big deal. Ron had an obligation as well, he was supposed to take care of his own.

He manipulated Crystal, and the courts, and she got tired fighting him, not all women want to deal with a Ronald and his weird family. She was right, harm came, and people act like Ronald is the best ever. Its sad.

She told the truth . She admitted she had done drugs. ron lied. He told the judge he didn't want his kids exposed to drugs. It would be funny, if the kids didn't pay the price for his lies.

He was still paying a fine for a drug arrest and picked up another arrest after he filed for the kids. rc gave the Court a phoney addy for CS's paperwork. He won by default. I still say Court should check records. They didn't. Ron is the one with the hx of 11 drug arrests. CS =none.

And the ONLY evidence to that effect on December 1, 2005 was presented to the court by the solitary testimony of Ronald Cummings. Not a shred of evidence supporting his claim was presented.

Take a look at an 18 item notarized affidavit for a subsequent hearing presented to the same Magistrate from Johnny Sheffield regarding Mr. Cummings. It was ruled inadmissible!

Couple this affidavit with Crystal's letter BEGGING the court for her children and help me understand how this Magistrate seemingly only listened to Ronald Cummings prior to making his ruling.

I don't understand how this Magistrate can sleep a wink at night.

I may very well have not awarded custody to either of these two, but it would dang sure take more than he said/she said to cause me to take children away from a mother and give them to someone with the record of their father.

My sister has a friend who fought for custody & the husband brought up her record, (it was pretty extensive), but then she accused him of being an alcoholic, etc...this judge didn't play. He put the daughter in the foster system. The dad relented, because he couldn't stand his daughter not being with family, so the mom was eventually awarded custody...but when she couldn't stay out of trouble, the dad got custody. What should've been an obvious choice, turned into a drawn out ordeal. The mom didn't care about her daughter, she just didn't want her ex to beat her. Some people just have to have somebody to hate and blame. moo.

Thanks Papa. I think his lying about living with mommy convinced the judge. He named two caretakers living in the home. HE didn't even live there!

Seriously people....can u imagine a 22 yr old ronald wanting to care for a six month old babey and a 2 yr old? There is more to him wanting them. He certainly isn't mature enough to care for an infant.

Ron had a real bad habit of lying and getting a way with it.

Bottom Line Ron lied to the Court. Crystal wasn't there. He won by default. He lied to the Court about Crystals correct address. This was proven to be true because the judge found cause to grant Crystal a hearing. Short as it was and ron taking up most of the time. The judge let the order stand. I don't think the judge invested more than an hour between the two hearings.

Shoulda drug tested them both. Ordered parenting classes for both and possibly taken the children into custody until someone could clean up their act! If this Magistrate had properly done his job...Haleigh Cummings would probably be alive today.
