Regarding the Ukraine request for other countries to declare Ukraine a no-fly zone, I'm curious why Ukraine cannot do this. Is it because they cannot enforce it against Russia? Why doesn't Ukraine declare their country a no-fly zone and use their fighter jets to shoot rogue aircraft out of the sky?
