"19-year-old Ryan Lucus Joel was last seen at his Kapa`a residence ten days ago on May 15. According to police he has not returned home or made contact with anyone since. Joel is five feet 11 inches tall and weighs roughly 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Joel has a thin build, dark complexion and is of Polynesian descent. Anyone with information about Joel is urged to call KPD Dispatch at 241-1711, or Crime Stoppers at 246-8300."
